They said it will, but no information as to a release date has been confirmed. It's speculated that they're holding it for a Vita port, however whether or not that is indeed true is unknown.

I absolutely adored Symphony of Sorcery! Like many people here, I see. But I'm not surprised it is such a popular pick. It was so well done, the little things from Fantasia I noticed made me happy, the colors, and best of all: The music.
No complaint can come to mind in that world. I don't want to gush too much on it for spoiler reasons. But seriously. All around perfection.

I love Anderson too, but really this news did not surprise me at all.
