  3. Lipstick is definitely a product where you get what you paid for. More expensive stuff is higher quality. I have to buy Clinique for my concealer and foundation because I have sensitive skin and their stuff is high-quality enough that it doesn't set me off. Their lipstick is very good, too. The brand e.l.f (eyes/lips/face) is a good choice if you want good quality at a lower price, their stuff's very reasonably proced and has never made me break out, including the stuff I put directly...
