    They did, but they never officially announced it at all besides it being in development. What I saw is different than the announcement Atlus stated years ago.

    @Tails I have a Japanese 3DS because games are region locked and the 3DS has no hack yet for that at the moment, and also, because I am a studier of Japanese and it helps me a lot, plus I get to experience all of the epic games that aren't here yet. Why shouldn't I own one?
