The site is called Pokémon Showdown, you go to the site and join it by clicking "Choose name" in the top right corner. It will ask to create a name and put a password.
Thats your account and you tell me that account.
The rest is simple, create teams, battle, etc.
You can also try random teams with randomly generated pokemons.
