Enemies with hearts of pure light

20 January 2012 - 08:55 PM

Maleficent tells Sora and co. about the enemies with “hearts of pure light” and releasing the “seven keyholes of sleep”. Do these have some sort of connection with one another?
Nomura: You’ll see what she means when you play it, so please look forward to that. (Laughs.) The connections of the various mysteries and truths are what it builds up to.

I'd like to focus a bit on the statement I bolded withing the quote.

"Enemies with hearts of pure light"

Could it be the Dream Eaters? They are the only enemies in the Dream Realm after all.

So that whole Dream Eaters are the new Heartless speculation is becoming kind of literal now. Except they aren't creatures of darkness, they are creatures of light.

Also, if this were true, any released heart of pure light would turn into a Dream Eater.

Those with hearts of pure light are the 7 princesses of heart, children, and Ven.

Now, as we see, a person with a heart of pure light without their heart is left in an unconscious (and apparently unaging) state. Say their hearts did not find a host or got released from their host.

Their hearts will go somewhere.

I presume those hearts turn into Dream Eaters

This, however, did not happen to the hearts of the princesses, as their hearts were used to create the Keyblade of People's Hearts.

The Dream Eaters are probably Nightmares (for the sake that you are beating them).

So now if Sora and Riku defeat any, hearts of pure light will be released.

So they essentially will work the same way as Heartless.

This is their birth by sleep.

Well, that's my theory anyways.

Err, why hello there!

Ehehehe, well as you can obviously see, I'm kinda new here. I've been looking up a lot of stuff on the main site for a while so I thought "Sure, why not, let's join the community!" And well, here I am!

Ermm, so I guess I should say more about myself?

I started my Kingdom Hearts craze a little bit after 358/2 Days came out (I've been somewhat interested before when the first KH came out, but parents refused to buy me a PS2 so) when my dad bought it for me for having good grades. I had known the what basically happened in I, CoM, II, and the characters, so when I delved into 358/2 Days, I knew what was happening.

I played BbS a while after it came out because it was one of the sole reasons my best friend got herself a PSP, along with the first Dissidia (To this day I havn't beaten Ven's mode because she's been busy playing other games on her PSP)

Oh, and I finally got a PS2 this year thanks to said best friend, so I've now been fully able to experience everything.

My favorite KH game has to be 358/2 Days (but I'm telling you, once 3D comes out, judging by the trailers and everything, it is IMMEDIALTY going to take the cake!)

Other things:

The only console in my house that is not Nintendo is my PS2 (again, my parents bro).

I'm from America (I'm the hero! Sorry, had to make the reference) and the state I live in is Virginia (Northern to be exact and MAN DO I HATE RUSH HOUR)

If I can't beat something in a game, I give up on it till further notice (Seriously, trying to beat the Mysterious Figure, I gave up after who knows how long of trying, and that PSP just sat there for 2 weeks untouched. Then I had to return it, so i still havnt beaten him)

I have this love for Goldfish (not actual goldfish, well, i do, but Im talking about the snack), chocolate ice cream, and this Salvidorean hard cheese.

I'm Guatemalan-American (is that even a word?)

I suck at sports but will gladly watch them (Even if I don't know the rules and terms)

I enter things with an open mind (Example: Adventure Time. Friends hated it, I watched it one day, it is now one of my favorite shows)

Other things relating to recent 3D news:

TWEWY. When they announced Neku being in the game for the first time, I bursted into joy (then god shot me down, as my grandma died the same day it was announced -_-) as I had finished TWEWY for the first time a little while back (i had been meaning to play it
for some time and didnt buy it until then). Then when everybody else was announced, I bursted out into more happiness. It made me happy to know that Joshua knows more than meets the eye and still likes messing with people's minds.

Dream Eaters. I love the concept. I love the designs.

Drop Gauge: I loved this concept so much. To be plunged into the others story after a while. That makes everything intense and co-respond

Worlds: I like all the worlds so far, but the only one that confuses me is the "Country of the Musketeers". Why? Obvious reasons. I'm guessing its a memory?

Organization XIII: Really glad to hear theyre back, but i'm still confused as to if they have the same mindset as their Organization selves (I mean, they look like their organization selves, but some are dressed in their original clothing (ex. Zexion/Ienzo and Lexeaus/Aeleus). Axel is in his cloak, but introduces himself as Lea and doesnt have the markings underneath his eyes. I'm pretty sure they all have their hearts back. I just hope they still have their Organization minds though.

3D overall: I feel that this game is going to have A LOT of mindscrew.

Well, there you go, I think that gives you enough info about me and my mindset. So, ummm, I'm glad im here!
