If you could please clarify what your ability actually does, all your saying is that you can kill someone with it plus its a little op, fix that and your good. Eyes are good for the Burden object, but I should clarify for other people that it should be something that'snot a body part

Duo looked in shock, his life may be at stake in the South Kingdom, but why? Of what importance was he? Duo took Balis from Alexia's shoulders and tried to shrug it off, worry about it if and when he found himself in the South, but Balis looked at his master with a forlorn look in his eyes. Balis heard what Algo said and understood the severity of it. Duo sheepishly petted Balis's head, trying to avoid the familiar's gaze.

Human emotions have more power over a person than you may think. In this world, a semi-futuristic society that has many great advancements but still very much like modern times, when a person's emotions are left unchecked, like say they have no control over their anger, or let their jealousy control their life, these emotions can become a force that overwhelms the person, and grant powers to that person. These, Burdens, amplify the persons emotions, namely the one that they are having problems with, to the point where their emotions become a tangible force, giving that person some ability or power. Normally, hosts of these Burdens have become unstable and cannot control their emotions, but some have shown that they can control their Burden. Every Burden is connected to an object that the host possess and values or treasures, that acts a median through which these powers are used. With these Burdens showing up here and there at an alarming rate, chaos and havoc ensue, lead the way for someone to take advantage of this chaos for their own intentions. When a Burden is allowed to exist for a prolonged period of time, the host's unbalanced emotion becomes the only thing they feel, and all other emotions shed away, leaving the physical body and becoming a Burden Fragment, these Fragments are a key part of an evil plot. This can be avoided if the host of a Burden is able to resolve their uncontrolled emotions, restoring their emotions and lifting their Burden. Just as Burdens can be reversed, a Burden can be made with enough coercion, which is what the villains are doing. The antagonists of the story are using the Burden Fragments to create the ultimate Burden, a weapon made with the lost emotions held in the Burden Fragments. This weapon would have such a cataclysmic power that only someone with complete and ultimate control over all of their emotions would be able to wield it. That character will be one I make later on when I post my characters after some other people post. Try to avoid using actual weapons as the Burdens object, as your going to gain some sort of ability anyway and seeing as were not in the middle of a war. If you do use a weapon, make your ability one that makes you focus less on the actual weapon. Also, you don't need to be one of the people who have control over their emotions and can control their Burden, include this detail in your bio. Post "Feelings left unchecked" to show you've read the rules. Like I said earlier, I'll post my characters after a couple of other people do.

Zane nodded at her answer, but he was still bothered by the noise that came from outside, "I see..." he said simply, "I think I heard something towards the entrance, come on," he told her, waving a hand in his direct. He floated a few inches from the ground, gliding to the cave entrance, and let out a small gasp at what he saw, there was a girl, an Angel at that, laying face down in the dirt

Duo tried to listen to what Algo was saying, but he kept being attacked, Duo ran forward, and cast a spell from the book that shrouded him in a thick lightning. Algo leapt down from the building to attack, but Duo intercepted his movements, jumping in the way, spinning feet first into his chest, delivering a punishing, drill-like kick. Gravity was on his side, since he was under Algo, he'd spin on his chest all the way down.Duo made the lightning around him explode outwards, leaving Algo covered with excess thunder. That scythe looks like it'll be a problem, Duo thought, He spoke a single runic word and a web of chains of lightning formed around Algo, not wrapping around him, but were positioned that it restricted his movements, "Try to swing a scythe in that, there's enough voltage in those chains to light you up like a christmas tree,"

Duo wasted no time, he was glad to see Zeta and Sync were okay, but the man in front of them was the immediate concern. Duo's hand flashed with lightning, calling the Maelstrom Grimoire to his hands, "Noah, get Rose to the Castle, we'll handle this guy," he told him, speaking words that created a mass of orbs made of sparks that swarmed and swirled around the man in white. The stranger shot at the sparking orbs as they got too close to him, Duo saw him pull back an arrow, and shouted the runic word for violent. The orb was pierced by the arrow and the orb exploded in a small, yet impressively sized explosion is thunder and lightning, causing the other orbs to blast away as well, caught in the explosion.

"Sorry, my names Zane, and yeah, these crystals appear to be able to suppress my frenzy," He reached to the wall of the cave and wedged one of the medium sized crystals out. "As I explained before, I don't generally participate in the war between the Angels, I just defend myself as they attack me," he explained to get, trying to imply he didn't come to fight in the first place, "So why the hypocrisy earlier? You said you wouldn't raise a weapon against another Angel, yet you still attack me with one you made?" He asked her a little curtly, sticking the crystal in his pocket. He was listening for her answer when he heard a thud towards the entrance of the cave, like something just feel out of the sky.
