The train stopped at the Shisu station, allowing Kirai to step out onto the platform. He yawned and slowly trudged over to the bench near the information stand. He put his bag with his uniform and basic supplies onto the bench and walked up to the stand. He stood there silently for awhile until the girl working there noticed him. "Where's the Zattasei dorm?" She smiled widely. Kirai scoffed. What fake happiness it was. "The tram outside can drop you off about two blocks from there." He turned to the bench silently, picked up his supplies, and walked out to the tram and paid the toll with some of his savings he brought with him. He sat down and looked out the window at the city. It was very pretty, but very boring at the same time. He opened up his bag and pulled out the strange letter that brought him here in the first place. It only had eight words. Even if it was short, anything was enough to get him out of the orphanage.

Your free will begins in Shisu, Wild Card.

The day is March 16. Year 2013. A boy arrives to begin his education at Zattasei High School (a previously all-girls school) in the organized city of Shisu. Little does he know, his life, and others, are about to change forever. For in the morning on March 15, before the boy arrived, everyone woke up in the morning to find out every single mirror in the town was broken. Nothing this weird had ever happened in the town. As it comes to pass, a group of young men and women would solve this mystery, thus beginning the next cycle of the wild card.

Appearance: Short for his age, only standing at 5'4", Kirai is known for his bored look. He has shoulder length black hair and grey eyes, and a slumped look most of the time. The uniform he is seen wearing is of Zattasei high school, a grey coat with a white shirt with black tie and black pants.

Personality: Quiet and very percieving. Has been know to be popular (especially with the ladies) without wanting to. Cool at first to most people and very terse when speaking.

Bio: Unknown. Parents died when young.

Role in group: Wild card

Weapon of choice: Varies, usually spear.

Persona: Varies, but his 'official' persona is Ra.

Strengths: Intelligence and speed.

Weakness: Heavy attacks and socializing.

The year is 2015. After Near defeated Light and the fake Kira, the world calmed down considerably. That is...until deaths started again. Near, now 23 years old, is back to the action, but finds the original investigation team won't return. He sends a message to countries all over the world to come to Japan and find him, asking for help. You are either with Near or with Kira as the second fight begins. Who will win?

Rules: 

This is Death Note. There will be a lot of deaths. Please be prepared to kill off your character(s), but no killing without permission. 

If Kira wants to kill someone IT HAS TO WORK. You can't figure out the names without shinigami eyes or figuring it out with intelligence etc. Although you basically have to godmod as Kira, there are still rules. Follow them.
