  1. If you are set on getting a tablet then Wacom are generally considered the best ones... though they are expensive, and designed for proffessional use. It will take a lot of practice to get used to one. As others have said you can get by with paper drawings and scanning them in, and use a image editor to colour them. (this is what i do myself and it's fairly easy). but depending on the style you'll probably want markers to go over the lines.
  2. All I can say is, if you love someone, you must remember there is a fine line between love and hurt, and it can swap over at the drop of a hat sometimes. In other words, to love someone is to put yourself in a vulnerable position, where you have a greater chance to get hurt. Likewise if someone loves you, you also have a greater chance of hurting them. You should never expect one without any of the other. Never. so why do people do it? Because loving and hurting is part of being alive. If you focus on the good parts, the parts that made you richer and stronger as a person, then the hurt does not matter. Everything changes and eventually ends and so it is important to make the most of what happens and also make your mark on the world. Even if you get betrayed or hurt; yeah it sucks, but it's better to feel that, and feel the good parts that come with it, then it is to never feel anything. And you shouldn't worry about things too much, because you are still young, and there will be many more adventures for you to come.
  3. It's certainly possible... devs have had the 3ds kits for a while now so yeah it seems fairly likely but who knows until Squeenix confirms?
  4. ahh if we're doing a top 5 then mine would be: FFVIII FFVII FFX FFIX FF6
  5. That's a bit further then halfway through! You almost finished it then, and if you beat omega weapon and did all that other stuff then you would have trounced the last seymour and sin fights But yeah they like to up the ante on normal battles in that one. And it's not lazy to lose interest in a videogame lol quite the opposite if anything DS is my second favourite console of all time, so I think you made a good choice I really liked days too. I watched all the cutscenes for RE:CoM because I HATE the card battling system! Tbh I don't feel like I missed much I also watched the cutscenes for KH2 (even though I wished I hadn't, I just couldn't stop) before I had the game; due to the pal release being something like 9 months after the american one
  6. Zambia... Do they have kingdom hearts there?
  7. Heal Xion, Hurt Yen Sid Aqua:6 Master Eraqus:5 Master Xehanort:4 Mickey Mouse:4 Repliku:4 Riku:6 Roxas:5 Sora:5 Terra:8 Terranort:8 Vanitas:4 Ventus:6 Xion:6 Yen Sid:4
  8. The whole 7 series is pretty good, even though I was never massively into it I've still delved into it enough to know what's going on and I am still a fan. I really liked crisis core and Advent children, even if the latter is pure fan-service lol. I kinda wish they had done a similar thing with 8 in fact they were going to release a sequal but it got canned At least they haven't done anything to mess it up though lol. It's funny because I'd say in many ways FFX had the best storyline of them all, though I don't think it was told in the right way, so I can see what you mean about missing FF, they have a special kind of atmosphere. I also really liked the battle system in 10, especially being able to swap characters in battle, and I liked not having a time-limit to select things from menus (which is pretty much what all the others do). That said, it was the last one I played to death... Even my Yuna hits for 99999 on a melee attack. x-2 had its moments, (especially the character of paine, though she would have fit well into any ff line-up) but overall it was pretty boring. And I haven't liked any of the new ones since lol. I thought Disney was pretty lame until KH. So final fantasy got me into disney. Weird... But the moment Squall told me to go with Donald duck and Goofy I wasn't gonna say anything different!
  9. My first was FF7 BUT it came bundled with a movie demo disk of FF8, and I was blown away. So yeah, I borrowed 8 off a friend (who was one of those hardcore gamers who had pretty much every system and game both domestic and import), and played one disk at a time. By the end of the first disk I knew this was the best game I'd ever played (while not the best game ever made, it's still my favourite), and it ends on a cliffhanger... I had to wait 2 days before I could find out what happened next! http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif Anyway I still love it to this day, and it's probably what got me into KH aswell. Another friend of mine had KH whereas previously I'd only seen a trailer (which made it look weird and waaay too much of a disney thing); anyway he was playing a tournament in the collosuem and came up against Leon. I was like, "omg... this game has SQUALL in it?!" So I borrowed the game, thought it was magnificent (now my third fav game of all time) and later bought 2 copies for £15 each. One for me, and one for my step-bro. I also got FFX-2 that same day, but played KH all the way through before I even started ffx-2. FF games have been going downhill ever since then. This turned into a very long post, sorry!
  10. I agree with you on some points, but: A. It's too inconsistant to rely on hitting multiple enemies at once. Even in the highest concentration of enemies (the gizmo shop) you can never hit enough of them consistantly to match the speed of Tidus parrying. You would need to kill a group of 4 shadows roughly every 2 and a half seconds to MATCH the speed. This is not really practical (nor really possible, but let's talk theory) AND you would need to leave and re-enter an area everytime you run out of enemies, eating up a bit more time. B. While you can one-shot shadows, it is not for a LONG time after. Even leaving the islands at level 15 you cannot 1 shot shadows, so levelling up quickly at the beginning does not help the speed of shadows either. C. other heartless do give much more , but they are also longer/harder to kill. Additionally you don't even meet other kinds of heartless until halfway through traverse town, and when they appear they still only give you 2 (the knights). Again this is far, far slower then the Tidus method. D. If you still have doubts, why not try both methods? I guarantee you'll reach a high level much faster with Tidus then grinding or even racing through the story.
  11. Actually, it's not. It takes roughly 3 hits to kill any shadow. everytime you do that's 1 . 2 takes you 6 hits. thats about 2 in 5 seconds at a good pace. By parrying Tidus, you can do this at least 3 times in 5 seconds. Each parry is worth 2 . 3 times the in the same amount of time, not to mention you can carry on indefinately, without any need to search for more enemies when you've killed them all. And of course, there are other benefits too!
  12. Welcome to the site! I always wanted to be able to play an instrument but I don't think I'm suited for it. What kind of stuff do you play?
  13. 'Your journey begins at Dawn...' -just kidding Yeah I put friends. I always put friends when asked that question. I literally cannot bring myself to answer in any other way! It comes with having awesome friends!
