There are Technos, those who wish to create technology. Anthros, those who want to connect with Earth itself. The Medivals, those who focus more on the Dark Ages. And The Citys, which treat each culture equally and experiment by combining them in unique ways. But soon...A great evil is about to arise...The same evil that came in the past...And I assume you all want to hear the tale that will be told...The story of how an unlikely team...Allies...Friends...Came together and saved the world while facing hardships, discoveries, and regrets...This is the story...The Legend...The myth of how...In the City of Aquila...Where classmates joined together to explore the world never tamed.... A building that was the size of a Skyscraper stood alongside buildings of unthinkable height. People came and went on their normal lives, playing on their phones, trying to get to work on time, and of course, kids playing around on the sidewalk. With everything that was happening outside, it was a very important day for some at the Aquilia Combat School. (The building that was as tall as a skyscraper) In one room, many students, roughly 30-35 students, talked and roamed around Room 408, a class that specializes in offensive and defensive skills. One student wore a Red Mage outfit with a black feather instead of the traditional white feather. Her body was laid back in her desk, with her feet crossed and resting on top of her desk. Her hands were behind her head and her hat covered her eyes. Sure, the class was bit loud, but it didn't bother her. She was used to it. "Today's the big day!" A female student said. "I'm a bit nervous...I-I don't know if I'll do well..." A male student said. "Hey, cheer up! We're all doing this together you know. We'll be by your side and help you out." A male student said with a higher-pitched voice. "Hah! Don't make me laugh." Another female student suddenly said. She looked to be about 17, given her appearance and height. Her hair was long and blonde and her clothes were more on a rebel styled attire. A smirk was on her face as she overheard the recent conversation. She leaned on the side of the wall with her arms crossed and her eyes closed. "You low-lives won't even remember how to punch once you get there. Unlike me, you don't stand a chance." She said with a very confident, yet rude tone. "Says the garbage bagged girl." The Red Mage said. The classroom giggled a bit at her comment. The Rebel clothed girl growled at the Red Mage and opened her mean eyes. "Shut it, Solisa. Once I'm through with you, you'll be "Sol-Loser"." The Rebel responded. "Wow...." The Red Mage replied. "That pun was as outdated as your clothing. Not-To-Be-Sold." The class bursts into laughter. The Red Mage wasn't afraid of this cocky-bully. "Why you little...!" The Rebel then walked to the Red Mage's desk and slammed her hands on the Red Mage's desk. "Listen, you peeping pipsqueak. I'm trying not to get in trouble today. So shut up or else I'll pound you before the exam even starts! Got it!?" "....That's it? You'll pound me? Sheesh, for trying to be a good student I'm glad you ain't an angel Sara." "SHUT UP!!" Sara yelled out with rage. "Don't make me come back, you Mage maggot." With that, she took a deep breath and walked back to her spot, leaning against the wall and crossed her arms. KHLegendIII 709 Posted July 12, 2016 (edited) Somewhere in the hallway, Kelon was leaning against the wall, with his arms folded. He was looking around at all of the people, studying them. He had been standing there for a while, watching all of the people walking by. He closed his eyes for a moment, thinking about something, and opened them back up, and started walking somewhere. "I think it's getting noisy out here, I think it's best for me to find a new spot." Thought Kelon, mentally thinking to himself in his head. KHUndertaleFan25 2,858 Posted July 12, 2016 (edited) A 22-year old student named Elsa, who was watching the other students talk, stared quietly and decided not to say anything about what was happening. So she played with one of her Gaster Blasters, which was a creature that looked like the skeleton head of a monster. She hoped that no one would mind seeing the creature despite their appearance. "At least you guys know how to stay quiet." Elsa said, petting the creature's face. It purred happily at her touch. Yessie Maltese 1,564 Posted July 12, 2016 (edited) A girl with light blue hair was reading a book. As she trying to read, Grace got interrupted by the other students. *sighs* "can I at least get some peace and quiet here?" She said herself. Clouded Sun 1,232 Posted July 13, 2016 (edited) Aaron felt lost in his thoughts. He felt kind of blue sitting in such a room... Although he was taught his trades at home, he was forced to enroll at near the last minute into a school for exams to do away with the bias of homeschool. His emotions were hard to gather. His presence in the back of the classroom felt odd to him, as thoughts raced through his mind of social anxiety and fear. A large gust of breath trickled up his spine and through his body, traveling like a labyrinth around his heart and finally escaping through his lips in a trembling gust of a wind. On the outside, it was seemingly Aaron who was an introvert. Being thrust into a newfound situation tapped into a sort of spoiled tendency inside him. Nevertheless, Aaron was rather envious of the people he observed. Technos around him knew one another, grew such bonds for years that forced them to cooperate, yet brought them in a sense closer to each other than Aaron felt he could ever reach... The turmoil of envy and solitude inside Aaron's heart flickered as his eyes did. None of the people he's seen these past few days had ever not belonged in the school however isolated but even the ones who didn't socialize gave off the aura... Aura that their school was like a birthright. A homesick Aaron slowly sank into his own arms, closing his lids from outside of his life and into the safe space of himself. Axtwyt 500 Posted July 13, 2016 "That's enough, class," a voice came from the doorway. In walked the man wearing the ebony mail, their teacher for the past month.Johnny Mercer, an enigma in his own right."Ladies and gents, let's take our seats. You'll have plenty of time to beat each other up after the exam is over," Johnny said as he moved from the doorway to the desk sitting inside Room 408."Pardon me!" another voice sounded outside. Inside dashed the girl who was training to become part of the city guard. Willow was her name."You're just fine, Willow," Johnny said, sitting down.Willow slipped into her seat, the same way she always had. As hard as Willow tried, she was always a step behind the rest of the class. But Willow stayed determined. Her teacher, Johnny, had not given up on her in the month they had together, and that was enough for the simple village girl.Johnny called out to the class, those inside and outside the room, "Alright, everyone, take your seats. We'll run through role call and get right to the exam, shall we?"Johnny pondered how he had arrived to this world as the students began to take their seats. The weeks before he had arrived in this world had been a blur in his memory. He could see shadows and vague events, but he could not clearly remember anything. When he had arrived, he had landed in a back alley, which had certainly helped Johnny avoid any suspicious glances or thoughts.Once in this world, Johnny had picked up the history of Orbis and had somehow convinced the Aquila Combat School to bring him in as a temporary teacher.Once he had started teaching, two students stood out to Johnny. Elsa and Kelon.Somehow the two felt familiar to him, something about the blur in his memory. He had watched them closely for a while during the month he taught them, and two things were quite clear. He did not trust Elsa.He did trust Kelon.Johnny had tried his best to keep these two opinions from his students, but he wouldn't have to worry about that after the exam.Johnny also knew he had to find a way to leave this world and go back to his own. He had been gone for far too long. 2 Clouded Sun and KHUndertaleFan25 reacted to this
KHUndertaleFan25 2,858 Posted July 13, 2016 (edited) Elsa looked up to see Johnny Mercer, their teacher, talking to the class and said to the Gaster Blaster, "I'll play with you later, okay?" The Gaster Blaster, if it could, frowned, wanting to stay with her during the exam. She giggled at the creature and said, "Don't worry. You'll get the chance to do tricks. I promise. Now it's time for class, so you have to go." And gave the creature a kiss, to which it had emitted a happy growl. The creature dissipated without question and Elsa turned to face the front of the room, ready to learn. Edited July 13, 2016 by KHUndertaleFan25
Clouded Sun 1,232 Posted July 13, 2016 (edited) Curiosity struck a flame in Aaron. Wiping away his grogginess before class, he looked to his "teacher" for instructions for the next standardized test. Social anxiety bested him, but when it came to tests, he was sure to ace what he was given... Except sports and fitness. He was never great at that. Glancing yet again around the room, Aaron noticed something peculiar from before that never dawned on him until now, and his curiosity increased in intensity. Sure, Aaron was a stranger when it came to public institutions... But he noticed a strange trend amidst the class. People were clad in different types of armor and getup, some heavy and stoic with large plates of shiny, lustrous metal. Others donned robes and others still would dress in... More revealing articles of clothing. He was clearly able to distinguish the Technos from the rest of the students - he and the others often came in with a more "modern" fashion, his own including a royal blue hooded sweatshirt above a white T-shirt with a circular emblem logo emblazoned on the chest. His jeans fell to his ankles, but were scrunched by the length of his combat boots, which sported a circuit board-like dark blue and black design with blood red bottom soles. Still, the choices of outfits among such different people brought thoughts to his mind, "what if" questions dancing in his head of the blend of styles. Somehow this enchanted him, which in no way related to the material or environment of these exams. His curiosity gripped and tugged at him the whole way between the seemingly long silence of the class and the bark for Johnny's orders on the exam's subject today. Shulk 8,623 Posted July 13, 2016 Millicent sat quietly towards the center of the room. Nose buried in a book, it was clear that she took these lessons very seriously... It also helped her look a bit less suspicious. It had been difficult to conceal her past as a mercenary in order to seem as though she was any other budding healer, but she somehow managed to make it work. She was lucky that no one this far from home would recognize her through her appearance or name. Her time at this school helped her to learn about the people and problems in Aquila, and luckily, no major issues had cropped up yet. She would often help people out herself, and Eclipse had managed to stick to the shadows the whole time. Once this test was over, whether she passed or failed, she could disappear from the city with Eclipse. Her status as the quiet bookworm was something that she felt would make it easier to be forgotten here, which was exactly what she needed. However, her reading was interrupted by the fight between Solina and Sara. She'd prepared to intervene and calm the two down, but the conflict seemed to end as suddenly as it had started. She let out a small sigh. The people in this class have been a bit difficult to cooperate since I arrived... Still, I'll miss them once Eclipse and I have to move on. She reflected on her time in the class. She didn't want to become too attached, knowing that it wouldn't be long before they would part ways. Unfortunately, getting attached to her comrades despite the consequences seemed to be a bit of a bad habit for the woman. Once their instructor had arrived, she shut the book and placed it flat on her desk before facing the front of the classroom. She silently waited for the teacher to call her name. She figured that if she was an actual rookie, she'd be getting nervous by now. Of course, she was confident in her abilities. She hadn't spent years on the battlefield just to fail a simple test. 1 kingdomhearts45 reacted to this
KHLegendIII 709 Posted July 13, 2016 (edited) Kelon was in his seat, studying for his class, although other things were on his mind besides studying. His eyes were on the textbook, looking at all of the words. He glanced over at several people quickly, and looked back at the textbook, and went on to the next page. He had to keep it going, so that he doesn't end up getting expelled. "Okay, so, my studying so far is good... Although, I'm not much of a bookworm, only a fighter, so... Heh, this may get troublesome." Thought Kelon, mentally thinking to himself in his head. He had to keep up his guise, as he was already a master swordsman, but he was in this school for a reason, to keep an eye out for something, and he had to make himself seem like he needed to 'learn'. Sendou Aichi 2,356 Posted July 13, 2016 Anton waited outside the room, as it was far too much loud and noisy for him. While waiting, he was spinning his hat around his right hand, his habit while waiting for something or someone. He was not worried about the test at all, since he was confident in his skills, and was sure that he will past the test. Failing in a mere test was unimaginable for him. When Johnny Mercer, the teacher for the past month called him and the rest of the students that were outside, Anton put his hat back on and entered Room 408, taking his seat. KHUndertaleFan25 2,858 Posted July 13, 2016 (edited) Elsa opened up her textbook and started reading carefully. But her mind wouldn't stop racing with questions. Because for some reason, Elsa swore that she had seen their teacher somewhere. Where have i seen him, though? That's the question..., she thought, trying to remember. However, she decided to brush it off and continued reading her textbook, being quiet like everyone else. Edited July 13, 2016 by KHUndertaleFan25
kingdomhearts45 469 Posted July 13, 2016 Sara scoffed once Johnny entered the room. Saved by the assistant again...Damn you, Mage maggot. She thought. With that, Sara got off the wall and walked to her seat with her arms crossed. She glared at Solisa, whose eyes were still not visible at the moment as they were covered by her hat. Sara then sat down right in her seat, which ironically, was right next to that Red/Black Mage she despised so much. "Solisa?" The Red/Black Mage uncrossed her feet, took them off the desk, and sat up, finally revealing her blue-colored eyes. "Right over here Mr. J." She responded, waving her hand. Solisa usually hung out with "Mr. J" and some of her other friends. She would talk to him more casually than any other teacher in this school. Well, taken the fact he was just an assistant at the moment, but still, a teacher's a teacher in her eyes. She looked around the classroom for a bit. (Her thoughts) Let's see.... We got Mr. Lonely Robot over there. (Aaron) The poor thing. Comin' in here near the end of the year. That's gotta be tough. But hey, he's with Technos like me. That's gotta mean somethin'. Next we have One Patch Man (Kelon) I can't help but notice that this dude is basically a pirate. For real though. But hey, it's dope. And hot. Also we got...Blue Man! (Anton) The class's only Blue Mage. I ain't many Blue Mages around here. Just having the power to copy other spells is very dope. Plus...He's kinda cute. Her fluttered when gazing upon Anton. Then when she remembered where she was, she shook her head and regain focus. Okay, who else we got? She scanned the room once more, stopping at the light-blue haired girl. Ninja-Knight, my Bad-ass best friend. Besides the whole "My home was destroyed, I'm out for vengeance-yadda yadda" story, I like her. She good in my book. We got...The Long and White (Millicent) She's a cool White Mage and all, real nice, real sweet...But that hair though. Cut it. Unless you gonna use that as a weapon. If that's the case, I approve. But still...Cut it down! And finally we have...Bone-Girl! (Elsa) She interestin' to say the least though. She can use psychokinessisun...Whatever it's called. She can summon bones and monsters...And yet she's so darn nice! ...I just like her. When she was done scanning the room, she looked back at Mr. J and raised her hand. Sara looked at her and scoffed. "What could you possibly ask, Feather-Head?" She asked. "Something smarter than you, Sissy-face." Solisa responded. "Why you-...!" Sara clenched her fists, then untightened them. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes, looking away from Solisa. The Black/Red Mage snickered at Sara's reaction. She was gonna love today.
KHUndertaleFan25 2,858 Posted July 13, 2016 (edited) Elsa felt someone's eyes on her and looked up to see the Black mage that was fighting with that rebel looking at her. What was her name? Solisa, i think. That's a nice name. But enough procrastinating., she thought, looking back at the textbook. Elsa snorted a bit when Solisa insulted Sara, but stopped herself from going into a giggle fit and continued to read, waiting for the teacher to call her name. Yessie Maltese 1,564 Posted July 13, 2016 Grace opened her textbook and begin to read while listening Mr. Mercer. She was wondering about him. (I wonder how did he became our teacher? Not that I'm complaining, but he's so young and couple of years older than me.) as she continues reading, she heard her friend, Solisa insulted Sara. She chuckled quietly. (she's the sassy one, alright. I'm surprised that she became my very first friend.) Grace smiled and back to reading. 1 kingdomhearts45 reacted to this

KHUndertaleFan25 2,858 Posted July 13, 2016 (edited) Elsa tried her best not to tell Sara to be quiet, but she couldn't bear seeing that pissed face of hers staring like that at one of the students. So she sent a small Gaster Blaster to shoot a laser at her butt. It wouldn't exactly hurt her, but it would make that face go away at least. When the laser hit Sara's butt, Elsa almost erupted into giggles and made the small Gaster Blaster disappear, going back to reading her textbook quietly. And then... Sara's eyes widened greatly and her face was completely bright red. That...Didn't feel right. Nope. Not at all. Solisa let out a silent snicker at Sara's reaction. The Rebel clothed girl looked behind her, but didn't see anything. The Red Mage-clothed Black Mage looked at Elsa with her mouth covered, still giggling, giving a thumbs up to the Psycho-Woman. Best thing that ever happened. Today. Glorious day. She thought. Solisa had a liking for toying with Sara. Not because she was such a rude, mean bully, but because they were rivals. After fighting each other for the first time during a Combat test, (despite causing massive destruction) they've been working hard to be the strongest ever since. The only con was...It was a very bitter rivalry.
KHLegendIII 709 Posted July 13, 2016 Kelon glanced over at Sara and Solisa, with a frown on his face, and looked back at his textbook. He could tell that this was going to be a long day, especially because of the commotion. He continued to read his textbook, eyeing every word, making sure he read every page. He flipped over to the next page, and continued to read. He wasn't going to let this commotion get in the way of what he was doing.
KHUndertaleFan25 2,858 Posted July 13, 2016 Elsa saw that Solisa liked what she had done to Sara and tried not to laugh. When Solisa gave her a thumbs up, she smiled back, feeling proud that she got back at the Rebel girl. She then pet the small Gaster Blaster, which had reappeared, and whispered to it, "Good boy." Then Elsa gave the creature a treat for doing such a good job. It accepted the yummy snack gladly, then dissipated before anyone could see it. Though it was immature of me to do that, she deserved it after being so rude., Elsa thought, smirking a little and finally keeping her eyes on the textbook, hoping nothing else would happen. Clouded Sun 1,232 Posted July 13, 2016 (edited) A mischievous burst of laughter almost crackled down and erupted from Aaron, who witnessed the headshot... or maybe buttshot coming from... whatever that thing was that showed up on one of the girls' desk from across the room. He'd almost missed it - beforehand his eyes danced through the room, observing the quiet lone wolf, whose air of confidence seemed to be backed up by his prideful skill, or through the bickering that two more girls went back and forth about. Even though he tried to suppress his laughter, Aaron was always horrible at hiding his emotions- between his tattletale eyes and his silly, almost stupid looking grin, Aaron was obviously entertained. Even so he he tried to maintain a serious, "cool kid" persona, suppressing his internal shyness or so he thought. He wanted to speak, but he choked on his words, trying to pick and choose just the right ingredients for his recipie of "suave" coolness to say to somebody, even anybody but ended up looking like he was overthinking something. Luckily, no one is looking... or so he thought. Edited July 13, 2016 by Sun Wukong
KHUndertaleFan25 2,858 Posted July 13, 2016 (edited) While Elsa was reading her textbook again, she had heard something from behind her and turned her head to see that Aaron, the classmate that seemed so quiet, was almost close to laughing when he saw her give Sara what she deserved. Clouded Sun 1,232 Posted July 14, 2016 (edited) As Aaron finally came to his senses, getting rid of his stupid silly grin he thought he caught a glimpse of the butt blaster girl's face... smiling at him maybe. But as her head quickly turned her hair seemed to whip through the wind like it rushed to cover her face again in the blanket of its soft shine. As if peering at a dream he squinted at her and the other girl, pushing himself up as if he were climbing over the desk... some chick dressed in black robes. He noted their attire. He could tell that the first wasn't from his Technos origin... but something about the second intrigued him. She had to be a Mage, but he thought she was from the Technos… In fact, he was almost sure of it. But.... he didn't remember many mages where he lived.... Was he even an official member of Technos? For as long as Aaron could remember he sided with them... Yes, of course he was a part of them. After all, they were able to cure his blindness, a "gift" of eyes almost. Why would he question it...? I've got too many questions... Aaron concluded. Edited July 14, 2016 by Sun Wukong
