This is my entry. It isn't based off a world and is more so an "original" keyblade like the Kingdom Key and Xehanort's keyblade (whatever it's called). I have also uploaded this to the KH13 gallery

    Sweet!!!  This sounds like it could be a Keyblade you'd gain after encountering Young Xehanort for your first time in Kingdom Hearts III, or perhaps when fighting him in order to get to Xehanort at the end of the game!
