KHUndertaleFan25 2,858 Posted February 5, 2016 When i first saw Gaster (he's from Undertale), the thought that came into my mind was, "He looks like Slenderman but with a face and holes in his hands." But then i thought, "Eh, just a coincidence." After watching a video that had Slenderman in it (i won't say what it was), that same thought came back to me again. So i went ahead and looked up pictures of Gaster and Slenderman. I chose one picture from the search and here they are: W.D. Gaster (that's his full name): Slenderman: When i saw how they almost looked alike, i was like: And if you're wondering, no, i'm not into Creepypasta. mag77 405 Posted February 5, 2016 Yep, the moment I saw Gaster for the first time, I immediately thought of Slenderman. I always found Slenderman to be really interesting because his backstory was left mysterious and unknown, and that stuff intrigues me. But then a lot of fans had to ruin him by making him into a monster that kills people; he never did that in his original story. Gaster is also a lot like Slenderman in that way, as we don't know what his background is (except that he was the royal scientist before Alphys). So, because of that, I also find Gaster interesting.
