I was trying to factory reset on my android, then I don't know how to back up for KHUx. Thank you for helping!

There should be cloud saving somewhere in the app.

You could always connect your account to another device then factory reset, then download the app again and transfer your current device back to the other device.

1. open MENU2. open OTHERS　(その他) on the bottom

3. now choose BACKUP (引き継ぎ -  the one with 2 phones and a arrown inbetween) and then OK

4. you are now asked on which account you want to backup you chara

5. choose the one you want (i think you can choose between twitter and google) and backup your chara ('ω')ノ

when you start up the game after redownloading it, there'll be a screen that looks like this (untranslated buttons though). press the left one and log into the account you used to register with Square Enix Bridge and it should restore your account.
