So, how do I unlock the secret episode in Birth By sleep? I collected all the reports and stickers, so what am I supposed to do?

Also to mention, I completed all 3 characters in different difficult setting:

Ventus: Standard

Terra: Critical

Aqua: Proud

when you complete the story on different settings, the requirements are set to the lowest setting you've chosen which in your case is standard. So in order to unlock the secret episode, you'd have to complete the reports 100% for each character.

You have to 100% everything; have all of Xehanort's reports, play all the mini-games, collect all the stickers, and everything else that's in their journals. 

Do I have to do the minigames once or multiple times? Because I don't want to do the ice cream minigame again.

Actually you don't have to do that. In order to unlock the Secret Episode on standard you have to complete all stories, including the Final Episode, collect all of Xehanort's reports, get 140 points for each sticker album (you have to put them in the right place) and get the trophy for beating 9999 Unversed. I can confirm that, because I played with all three on standard, and that's all I did, and I unlocked the Secret Episode.

You have to beat them with all three together. So it's enough if you beat 3333 with each one. I used the mirage arena to fight as much as possible. When you defeat the end boss (of the game, not the arena) with any of the three, you'll see how many you already defeated with that one.

 

Edit: I'm not sure if you get the trophy the moment you beat the 9999th Unversed, or if you have to fight the end boss again after you beat the 9999th Unversed to get it.

Oh yeah, I remember reading that when I was looking to see how to unlock it on proud. I couldn't remember so I googled it and I just took the first answer I saw on game FAQS. Whoops.

The most simple solution is to play on Critical on all three stories and get all of Xehanort's reports.
