DChiuch 5,773 Posted September 2, 2015 Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ has finally released in Japan for Android, and is available to see on the Google Play Store. Unfortunately however, this listing is region locked and you won't be able to download the new game this way unless you live in Japan. Not to worry, though – here are some instructions for those of you outside of Japan! [*]Enable installing APKs (Android app install files) from outside of the Google Play Store. To do this, go to the "Settings" app, scroll down to "Security", and tick "Unknown sources". Click OK on the popup alert. [*]On your Android device, go to http://www.apkpure.c...ee-apk-download, and in the text field input com.square_enix.android_googleplay.khuxjp [*]The APK file should now download! When the download is complete, open the file and click "Install". After this installs, you are done! Enjoy! Then, when you go into Google Play, it will be the Japan Store and you can download Unchained X. I actually tried exactly this first, but the Play Store wouldn't be fooled by TunnelBear anymore. The screen before this is a maintanaince popup that says they are openning their services at 12:00 (which in military time is noon). So I'm guessing it's going to be closed for another 8 hours or so. AaySquare 445 Posted September 2, 2015 Thank you! Downloaded and installed and it's working on Samsung Galaxy S4. I don't understand Japanese at all but I still downloaded it. I don't know why did I even do it. I guess I'll just try playing the game for sometime(check out gameplay and stuff) and then just wait for English release.
