Second: Xehanort's Heartless would have no reason to help Kairi because that would interfere with Xemnas' plans of obtaining Kingdom Hearts/ 13 Vessels. The only reason I think he would would be to kidnap Kairi again and make Sora even more pissed and maybe causing him to be taken over by the darkness spawned from his rage.
