Sora96 17,256 Posted February 14, 2015 (edited) In December 2013, Square Enix Japan restructured their development structure. Square Enix Japan has 12 Business Divisions in total and they each work on multiple projects. Some projects are developed by internal teams while some are outsourced. The staff inside each division are not fixed and will commonly work on projects in other divisions. Special thanks go to Twitter user @Vagrant_XII for discovering the Business Divisions first and finding out a lot of the key info. Clouded Sun 1,232 Posted February 25, 2015 (edited) Division 2 is cracking down on their work. At least, from what they tell us. With Type-0 out of the way, they have to do a lot more in the span of the next year. At least, the way I see it. Guest Posted October 17, 2015 I can see that it isn't the Disney side of things that got you into Kingdom Hearts  In all seriousness, thanks for this, I'm gonna paste it in a word document!

Guest Posted October 18, 2015 Sure, go ahead. But I'll always be updating it. That's not much of a problem to me, now I know which Square Enix games will be produced by which business division.
KingdomHearts3 2,591 Posted October 18, 2015 I am glad you have made it quite clear how many divisions there are and what titles they are working on to clear up any confusion. It sets the record straight.
