In that case, I have a new goal.

Create a character who would, in fighting Brooklyn, cause a tie.

That is to say, a character of equal but opposite power.

Maybe a character who can outsmart him...

Time to combine Lelouch and Light!

Just make sure he has no divinity!

or else...

Can either of them predict every single maneuver from the instant of start when fused? Brooklyn dose not obey fate, but understands the flow of time better than any human in presidence of him, even the guardian of time, and as such, order itself, cannot see as much as he dose when allowed to move forward as he pleases. He is one with the passage of time as such. Like I said, only superior swordsman and time can defeat Derik. Brooklyn is both.

Done.

Name: Gilgamesh

Age: 30

Gender: Male

Appearance: Armored, casual, casual, full power, casual, casual, child form

Posted Image

Personality: Cocky, arrogant, regal, bitter, impatient, quick to temper, holds grudges. Believes himself the most supreme of the land. His only friend is Enkidu, who he considers his equal for the first time and only time.

Story of Origin: Fate Stay Night

Weapon(s):

He owns all weapons, items, and prototypes, in his Gate of Babylon, including holy/demonic swords. Due to its nature, he technically owns all other RP weapons too, but chooses not to use them.

Note worthy weapons:

  • Ea, his trademark sword. http://vignette4.wik...=20130607093800
  • Unlike all of his other nameless weapons that were able to be passed on to other wielders over the course of history, it is a sword only Gilgamesh possesses. Upon activation, the triblade segments of Ea gradually begin to rotate faster with each revolution, acting in concert with the movement of the Heavens. As they begin rotating rapidly, each creaking with weight and power equivalent to tectonic movement, they create a shrilling howl once Gilgamesh commands it to "wake up." There are several different variations that he has displayed, depending on the seriousness behind the attack. Grinding at the laws of space with its power, it creates a rip in space that extends from not only the earth, but also to the sky and atmosphere. It is a crack that distorts space to pierce the very nature of the World itself to show the "Truth." All that used the cut space as a foundation is swallowed and crushed by the void, and the dazzling light only continues to grow as it continues to complete the destruction. Its use in a fight is not something that can be called a battle, but rather the wrath of nature itself. Next, he plants Ea in the ground, causing it to spin rapidly and instantly shatter the area where he is fighting. He is left standing far above the opponent with three enormous fields of force below him. Picking up Ea and lifting it above his head, the fields are directed at the opponent and begin to rotate, causing a space-time ripple that causes space itself to fluctuate. Calling out Enuma Elish (Ea's name) and thrusting Ea downwards, the fields begin rotating to the point where they merge together, dwarfing the opponent as they crash down. The ability instantly defeats the opponent, regardless of their status. Most commonly used, a simple tornado attack aimed at the enemy with the force of a world. Yeah.
  •
  • Key of Babylon, known as Key of the King's Law, Bab-ilu, holding it vertically in the air and turning it, he now has access to the Gate of Babylon at will http://vignette3.wik...=20121004091010. He does not need to continue to hold it to use the Gate. The weapons contained in his treasury become bullets upon his command, making him an archer with the strongest arrows. He starts out with lower numbers of weapons, but increases the number of weapons fired in a volley depending on the amount of respect or anger he feels towards his target. He uses as little as one or two at first while playing with his opponents, but can easily summon over eighty for a single strike when he is serious. Upon firing them, he can allow them to pierce the ground after striking the target, causing a large amount of destruction with each weapon, or he can instantly return them to the vault faster than anyone can even perceive.
  •
  • Enkidu, chains that are stronger the more divine the enemy is. http://img2.wikia.no...00px-Enkidu.jpg. The "greatest secret" stored in the Gate of Babylon. It is a chain named after his closest friend, made to bind the gods so they cannot escape, making it one of the few anti-divine weapons that holds the concept of "reigning over the gods." The strength and durability of the chain grows stronger with the target having higher divinity. Divine targets are completely held in place, allowing him to bind the "Bull of Heaven" that brought seven years of famine in Uruk. Even to normal humans, it is very strong. In depth description Gilgamesh is capable of taking out the entire length of chain from the Gate of Babylon to use in conjunction with Ea when he is serious about fighting, or he can simply summon part of it from the Gate. The chain can be summoned from anywhere the Gate of Babylon can reach, elongate and contract without any shown limit, and multiple individual sections can be summoned at one time. The blade on the front of the chain is capable of acting as a striking weapon when launched at a high speed, and he can summon a single length to wrap around an opponent so he can drag them towards him by pulling it.
  • More description Once activating it, numerous segments instantly appear to wrap around the opponent in order to bind them for his projectiles. It is shown both descending from the sky and appearing directly from inside the Gate of Babylon. He generally binds the opponent's weapon, limbs, shoulders, neck, and abdomen, rendering them completely immobile. The chains continuously twist and tighten with enough force to attempt to tear off Berserker's head (Berserker is immune to even the most powerful of attacks), and bend his arms past their limits in a normally impossible direction. It appears to even bind the space around itself, and it is capable of rendering transportation ordered by a Command Spell, which should be capable of teleporting Berserker out with the force of the highest magic, completely useless and nullified.
  • Vimana: Throne of the Heaven-soaring King is a flying contraption passed from Babylon to India and recorded in the two epic sagas, Ramayana and Mahabharata, that is owned by Gilgamesh and contained within the Gate of Babylon. It is a golden and emerald ark, a high-tech Indian Noble Phantasm that would make even Area 51 pale-faced, fueled by a solar crystal, rutilated quartz crystals, that burns mercury as fuel. It surpasses the laws of physics by traveling at the speed of thought, and it can easily outpace a modern jet while Gilgamesh is simply playing around.
  • More on Vimana Within the myths of ancient India, it was apparently loaded with a variety of weapons ranging from ancient machine guns to ancient nuclear warheads, which have been collected and stored within Gilgamesh's treasury.[2] It has many other capabilities detailed in the Vaimanika Shastra, a technical guide following descriptions written about Vimana in the 10th century BC, including flying in a zigzag motion, deploying its wings to travel at high speeds, employing emergency evasion techniques to avoid collisions with other Vimana, optical camouflage and stealth functions, communication interception, the use of laser beams, and the deployment of biological weapons.
  • Now for some weapons that aren't his Top 3 Gáe Bolg  is a cursed spear with an ominous design that was obtained from Scathach in the Country of Shadows by Cú Chulainn  and one of the many weapons inside Gilgamesh's Gate of Babylon. It reverses cause and effect, meaning it will always hit no matter the improbabilities preventing it. Counter The only way to effectively defend against the attack is to have a high enough degree of luck or divine protection as to be able to alter fate, which would be heightened by also having good reflexive instincts, an auto-resurrection ability, or a shield that overwhelms the magical energy of the lance itself, although the shield would only defend for a time.
  • Caladbolg The blade of the sword coils into a spiral that can penetrate any target by creating a twisting distortion in space when fired. It can be used as a sword, but best as one of his rapid fire arrows. http://img4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130608102941/typemoon/images/e/e9/Caladbolg_v2.png
  • Dáinsleif is a demonic sword from the Nibelungen. It is a cursed sword that contains a powerful curse of "reparation" to be used on its target, the making of amends for a wrong one has done, by paying money to or otherwise helping those who have been wronged.
  • Gram  It is a demonic sword of glory and destruction that is the model of Caliburn in the legend of King Arthur and also based on Merodach. It is the greatest of enchanted swords rivaling the greatest of holy blades, and is even equipped with special dragon slaying attributes damaging towards people such as the king of knights who is the incarnation of a dragon. It uses the same ability as Caliburn, a light that burns away everything it touches, that could even take away seven of Berserker's lives.
  • Harpe is a divine sword from Greek mythology used by Perseus to kill the Gorgon Medusa. It ignores immortality.
  • Gae Daerg ignores all mana- induced defense, including magical armor.
  • Gae Buidhe a spear that makes any wounds caused by it unhealable.
  • Potion of youth a potion Gil can use to turn into his child form
  •  Vajra, a dagger that can explode http://img4.wikia.no.../d/dc/Vajra.png It was a weapon crafted by Tvastar, the maker of divine instruments, using the bones of the sage, Dadhichi. It can be thrown for a permanently fixed B+ rank damage.
  • Unnamed weapons
  • Axe, scythe, and scimitar with the ability to change their path after being avoided by the target, allowing them to turn around in mid-air towards the target at a speed that allows them to match the pace of a jet.
  • Cooking items - The treasury contains meat that multiplies in proportion to how much is eaten, hydra meat, a fully automatic cooker capable of processing hazardous food like the hydra meat, and a tablecloth capable of manifesting any food the user chants.
  • Curtain of night can possibly change the time of day
  •  Golden armor he can summon at any time which provides extremely strong magical and physical resistance. It can resist Multi-Dimensional Refraction Phenomenon is one fragment of the Second Magic, essentially the ability to create openings into parallel universes. It is extremely strong to the point that Shirou initially assumes that it is his main ability. It is durable enough to block Tsubame Gaeshi and numerous strong blows from Invisible Air simply by protecting his head with his hands
  • Invisible sword
  • Machine guns, nuclear warheads, and other weaponry from ancient India that were previously equipped to Vimana. They were removed and stored within the vault.
  • Mirror shield used to effortlessly repel strong magecraft.
  • Poisoned food
  • Retrieval-based item that returns weapons to the vault no matter how far they travel.
  • Sickle that drains away mana and deals damage while passing directly through flesh and armor without causing any actual physical damage.
  • Swords and spears capable of piercing through mountains
  • Swords and hammers larger than a person.
  • Sword of ice that freezes the space that it cuts, allowing it to cover the target in ice even if they manage to dodge the actual strike.
  • Ship of light (光の船, ?) that allows him to travel faster than the speed of light. It allows him to instantly return after he is sent hundreds of lightyears away. When the feat is questioned, he mentions that it is obvious that he would have an item corresponding to a technique that sends the target to the edge of space, as his vault holds the origin of human wisdom.
  • Three-edged sword able to arc behind the opponent to attack them from an unguarded position.
  • Wine, "the king's wine" as claimed by Gilgamesh, contained in a set of wine bottles made of heavy gold that are inset with sparkling gems. Rider believes that it could not be brewed by human hands, asking if it is a "drink of the gods", to which Gilgamesh affirms by boasting that "Whether wines or swords, only the best is stored in my treasury."

Well, technically Brooklyn is invulnerable at the end of his section of the story. He must care for, and soon replace the Guardian of Order, as even the Guardian of Order is not immune to time. As the Guardian of Order, if he could be killed at any time by other beings, chaos would begin again, time would reset, and we would have all of what has been created remade and reborn in an infinite chaos until existence is completely remade and a new Guardian of Order is born. This process is random, they are only born at the time equivalent to the time of the last's timeline being nearly over. As Chaos reigns supreme, the creation of civilization and subsequently another Guardian will either never happen, or take such a long time that the world ends and collapses in. In theory, use of someone who is equal in Time Immersion at any level could kill him, but then basically it's game over.

This is also why I don't use traditional End Game Brooklyn. Because if he is defeated it's literally the end of the world.

How very interesting!

This has actually given me a new character idea!

It's quite... discordant.

The key to making a OC like Derik or Brooklyn is they must come from the soul. They can only be as strong as you are ever going to be. You can say what they have, but its what you are as a person the most that birth's the power of a character, not the idea behind them.

Hmmm yeah the only character of mine that can fight these gods you guys made in equal footing is "Hainzo the fateless" Henry's father.

He singlehandledly defeated a reality warping demon lord with his own sword who he took complete control over its influence (simply put he managed to make the mind and soul corrupting influence of the "blade of darkness" and made its bad influence and control into one that benefited him, completely making the sword submit to his will and binding it against its former master), afterwards he helped found "the alliance" who Henry works for now, was betrayed and when killed he was ressurected by the sword and attained even more power, he, only with the help of one ally, was able to nearly defat the Angel god who had complete control over existence itself, he was defeated because his ally was mind controlled against him, and he was surrounded, but he still took down his former ally and half the angel's high archangel army and doing heavy damage to the god itself (or should I say goddess, because it was a woman).

after being killed and his OWN soul sealed away in a prison for sinners, 50 years later he fought out of this prison and ressurected himself once again, increasing his power even more so than before, he went to see out the ancestors in order to fight against this god effectively this time, after finding and defeating every single one of these god-like powered beings he made them submit to his will, making it so that they would charge the heavens and destroy this existence controlling god once and for all.

And when they did, it seemed his efforts gathering the ancestors was unecessary, since he was able to cut a path through the high archangels and defeat the goddess all by himself while the ancestors held the archangels off, (just so you know he defeated the goddess and both her most trusted and powerful subbordinates by himself and without reaching full power), he destroyed her domain and destroyed both her body and her soul, erasing her from existence, or so it seemed (Henry is now gonna have to beat her like his father did). He then formed the ancestor's seal in order to limit the power of whoever was marked, and those marked by it would have their power taken away from them, but their power inside the seal would nearly triple in power, so should they break the seal they could be even more powerful than before.

He wasn't even affected by the seal and his power came back in a matter of MINUTES, and the power was left there in order for someone compatible with his darkness would be able to absorb it and fight against the enemies who threatened the very existence of everything in the RP as of now.

Afterwards Hainzo went on to destroy the "Destroyer" but thats another story.

all that in the span of 800 or so years, his fate was to die by the hands of his former comrades after the demon lord's fall, but his his sword and his will of living was so strong that he defied that, then fate was for him to be sealed in a prison, which he escaped with his willpower, and before all that his army was supposed to fall to the demon lord's but Hainzo's tactics where too good for that and they won against an 4 milion or so demon army with a mere 5 thousand soldiers.

and im still updating his story too! this isn't the end for Hainzo

I never considered it a direct tool of RP. People can make good OC without it. I just think it's the best way to do it.

At this rate, maybe all of you should collaborate and rank OCs in terms of OPness. It doesn't even matter if someone is dead last: they're still OP regardless.

Tips on creating an undefeatable OC is against what I believe should be in the guide principles... RPing an invincile character isn't fun for anyone.

I think he means more in the idea of making a character that is built for you and works for you best. I never uncap any of my OP team because it wouldn't be fun with them uncapped. I could slaughter them all, but then where is the fun?

I'd be honored to be in there with any of my characters...almost all of them are obscenely broken unless im actively trying to balance them out xD which is what I will do in the RPs here, unless someone makes an all out Op character's RP

we can also arrange that ranking xD

hey whatever floats your boat man, im more the "limitless potential" characters type of guy where I will make a character powerful if im able to ;)

but if a character is too broken, and there are no broken characters to fight said character and balance it out it can become pretty tedious with that character wiping the floor with everyone, that I agree.

The idea is Derik must be faced by one who is superior to him in skill to beat him. All the power in the world, but if you can out him in skill, no dice for him. He moves several times force of logic in base form, add his booster skills and he is technically a godmod. He is sort of the embodiment of my beliefs and ideals, but Logic defeats Ideals, and thus Brooklyn is born, Brooky boy being entirely logical and human compared to Derik who is spirited and passionate. - Riki

So why the heck haven't I been sending Ryonne at him if it's a contest of skill?!!?

Name: Ryonne Neyelmnik

Age: 21

Gender: Male

Appearance:

Personality: quiet, curt, calm, rude in a brief sort of way, good, willing to make sacrifices, decent leader, prefers to be in the background, a tad awkward in certain circumstances, especially pertaining to romance, swift, gruff

Bio: A young man from an oppressed country. He grew up in the countryside, far from any big city. He looked up to the soldiers of his country. So, from a young age, he decided that he wanted to become the best of them. He trained hard and relentlessly. He grew fast, strong, skilled. And he never forgot his dream of being a strong soldier for his country. That changed however, when one day, soldiers came to the village and started massacring people under suspect of being rebels. And that was it. Suspicion, and they ended their life. No trial, no mercy. Ryonne's view of the world changed from the naive young boy hoping to be the champion of his country, to a wiser, more serious, man that wanted peace and stability for his people. He began to train the daughter of one of the victims of this massacre, Severa. They became great friends over the course of this training, and once old enough, they ran away and joined a group of organized rebels. They were good partners, and were successful in the long term. However, after one unfortunate raid, Ryonne sacrificed himself to let the others escape. He fell in combat after meeting blades with a particularly powerful foe. However, instead of dying at their hands, they took him into a lab, and erased his memories, and replaced them with new ones, changing him to a new darkness infused soldier for the government. With this new role, his capabilities increased even more beyond what he had been, along with a new rifle installed in his scabbard. He fought against the army he had once fought for, his memories laying dormant in his mind. It wasn't until a huge fight between the two forces, where Severa was gravely injured, that Ryonne was able to come to his senses. He healed her as much as he could, then immediately turned his blade against the federal army, turning the tide in the rebels favor with his rage. They returned to the HQ of the rebels, where they Ryonne helped Severa recover until she was well enough to fight once more. By then it was time for the final battle. Ryonne and Severa of course went in with the vanguard, in charge of elminating defenses and taking out any figures important to the oncoming battle. They did their job, and were about to make their escape when they encountered the head of the federal army. He and Severa fought valiantly, but Severa fell, and died. She donated her power to him, and with newfound strength, Ryonne took out the army's leader, and proceeded to be a hero of the war, using Severa's and his own powers to fight for good. After the war, Ryonne left, refusing offers from the new government to take roles in the army. He vanished to the countryside. Rumors say he still journeys and fights evil when it presents itself to him.

Most recently, Ryonne woke up in a meadow with no memories, under the control of an omnipresent being known only as the Watcher.

To be continued when The Amnesia Games RP is complete.

Weapons: He wields a katana which has a gun scabbard. While he wields the sword in one hand, he uses the scabbard backhand as both a bludgeon and a gun.

Abilities: He wears an enchanted necklace that brings his speed to near super sonic levels. He has also received a darkness infusion that brought his senses, strength, speed, and dexterity to a beyond human capability. At the same time, incessant training has brought his swordsmanship to an extraordinary level, bringing his skill beyond the gods. Not to mention, he has capabilities in white magic, giving him decent healing abilities and strengthening magic. Severa's spirit gives him strong fire manipulation, the ability to summon another ghost blade that floats nearby fighting alongside him, and the ability to see an opponent's next move before it happens.

There we go, #2 of the Trinity is complete.

No, it's like... you make a character that matters to you because they are you, in a sense. Not like "oh I'm here in the world" but something akin to like their your child, if that makes sense.

So why the heck haven't I been sending Ryonne at him if it's a contest of skill?!!?

Because Derik is about 900 years old and is pretty damn skilled as well.
