Dio Brando 5,810 Posted November 16, 2014 (edited) So here is something I almost forgot to mention,around 7 hours ago,I found that my cousin had a Wii U and luckily(or unluckily) a copy of Sonic Boom he bought to play with his little brother(he was still at the beginning so he didn't mind starting again),he lives in the same neighborhood as me so I thought y'know what I'll play the game with him instead of borrowing it.We at least managed to reach I think(not sure) halfway point through the game after the game crashed on us three times,phased through the ground during the Metal Sonic battle a couple of times and the framerate dipping below 30 coupled with some stuttering,we turned the game off after that and played a bit of Pikmin 3(which I don't have btw) before I went back home with the thought of doing this lingering in my mind Did I also mention the game looks like a Ps2 game.....like Crash of the Titan's Ps2's version of a game? I'm hearing so many things bad about it that it might be worse than Sonic 06. (Is that even possible?!) You wouldn't be the first to try it. Game Grumps is playing it because of how bad it is. Even I wanna try it to form an opinion. Like, Tails mentioned something that belonged to Lyric. He directly states Lyric's name and yet, we're at the point where no one has any idea who the giant snake is. Also, there's this random ass guy named Cliff that somehow knows everything about Lyric. Did I mention that Sonic and they gang already know Cliff even though this is the first time any of us are meeting him? Seriously, your first objective after the prologue is to find Cliff. The game tells you to find Cliff, Sonic and co. know Cliff, but you have no directive as to who or what Cliff is and where you can find Cliff. I'm not sure why Sonic fans (or people in general) are even comparing the game to Sonic 06 when it's not even considered a main Sonic game. Although from what I've seen it looks abysmal. Being overshadowed by it's shitty Wii U title though, it doesn't get as much attention.
