Sora96 17,256 Posted July 25, 2014 The Kingdom Hearts fanbase is going down a dark place. Okay, not exactly, but the fanbase has started a movement over that pin. It's called #SquareBeFair. I personally think these people need to get over it. It's a free bloody pin. Here in Australia & Europe we're used to getting nothing when we purchase a game. When you were enjoying your Lightning Returns collector's edition we just got a steelcase. When you got the Mark of Mastery Edition for Kingdom Hearts 3D we got nothing. Yes, it sucks that we aren't getting an artbook or anything else. But we are still likely to get the soundtrack in full released separately according to VGO. So seriously, be grateful for what you have. You're still getting the HD collection. Anything more is a bonus. It's not so bad if it's just for getting a collector's edition. I don't know about calling it a movement, but getting fans to rile up for something is a good way to get the company's attention. If the marketing team thinks there's enough demand then they may try to put together something. Very occasionally we get things that NA don't, but most of the time we draw the short straw, especially with Square Enix. It wasn't half a year. And neither of those things interest me anyway. I'm fine with the pin, as the product manager said in the playstation blog its just a nice little free gift. I would gladly pay extra for a CE though. What matters is the game itself. The pin is a free automatic upgrade anyway so why should you complainers care anyway? They got the final mix versions of the games WAY before any other countries, and they are getting the awesome collectors pack in japan, while we get the pin.
