We're currently setting up our new gallery and once it's completed we'll be looking to add some new content.

 

Stuff we're looking to add will include renders, official artwork, products photos and more. You'll need to find high quality versions of these images and then link us to to where you find them to make sure you're good to go and then we'll get you to upload them.

 

What's in it for you? Well you get to see how we work on our new gallery, you'll get the recognition of contributing to our gallery which holds about 18,000 images and you'll get a user award to show for it. And if you do a good job we might ask you to join our Archives Team.

Just to clarify to people, if you've applied for staff positions in the past, you're more than welcome to apply for this also. I know I did a couple of staff drives (News Team & Wiki Team) that didn't really go anywhere due to my own scheduling failures, but this is a thing that is actually definitely 100% happening now, so please go ahead and apply.

I wouldn't say purely "new and recent" we'll be looking for you to get a lot of old content too. And footage? Nah, that would be considered a video which is a different section.

Just to clarify on this, researching images via Google is fine because it often leads to the source, secondly we don't always *need* the original source, it's just that the original source is very much preferable, if it's possible to research and find the original source (which is essentially the skill which this job will require). That said, having an image with a questionable source is better than having no image at all.

Oh, I just meant you can't label "Google" as a source. Oh, whoops. I meant to say "We'll always use the original source when possible".

In addition to these key areas that we're lacking in and have identified as needing work, you'll also have the freedom to be able to say "hey, I noticed we don't have a ______ section on the gallery, can I handle that?" and then we'll let you know if that's fine to add, if there's something in particular you wanted to work on.

This sounds like something I have time for.  I'm interested.

Well ,I would like to do it . But my free time is short . Especially the next week . But I guess this is a long-term "request" . I am gonna be free in approximately one week . I'll let you know , Sora96 .
