Have you checked kh-vids.net? 

You can find the Riku in monstro cut scenes there. But as for everything else, the only place I've seen them in on Youtube. Try checking the alternate Kingdom Hearts site, one's got to have them.

For Terra's story in Birth by Sleep, if Castle of Dreams is the third world you complete then after he talks to Aqua the cutscene will keep going and he'll think about visiting Yen Sid- if you complete Dwarf Woodlands third he'll think about visiting Yen Sid as he leaves the castle; the scene is only triggered when the world he's in is his third

In this video at 25:51, you get the extra scene because this person did Dwarf Woodlands third
