Now, before I start the small(and I do mean small) theory about KHIII, I wish to be heard out. Don't go bashing it by saying "Xehanort isn't that smart!" or something of that nature. This is just a theory I made because I see it could work in some prospects.

 

My theory is this: Xehanort will help the Seven Lights find Aqua, which in turn will will help them go looking for Ven. BUT. Somehow, Xehanort uses the group's search for Ven to instead capture him and turn him into one of the Thirteen Darknesses as part of their plan. Now for explanation.

 

First: Why would Xehanort do that? It would be more beneficial to him to give him to the Light Wielders because they are lacking a large number of fighter's for their group, whereas he already has almost all of them. To answer this, it would be a good way to reintroduce Roxas, and by subsequent action, Xion.

 

Now before jumping on me, saying "No way! Roxas couldn't be one of the Seven! He's Sora's Nobody." Yen Sid said that Sora could bring back many friends, one of them being "Just a Puppet" Which Xion is referred to as often in the story. But if you bring back Xion... Roxas also has to return. Only common sense. Why would you bring Xion back and not Roxas? It would make no actual sense plot-wise ans Roxas fans would be enraged. Besides, he DOSE have a bone to pick with the Organization after the loss of Xion, and those memory's would likely return along with her existence. Then it would be interesting to see Roxas and Lea talking to each-other like nothing changed.

 

It would also(If Xion is allotted to use the Keyblade) two more Wielders, which would give them one more Light Wielder to spare(Sora, Riku, Kairi, Mickey, Aqua, Axel, Xion, Roxas), and if Tetsuya wanted to be the troll he is could make it so Kairi isn't one of the Seven, though I doubt it with the secret cut-scene at the end of 3D's. This could be used to ruin Xehanort's plans as a perfect counter to having two of the originally good Wielders taken from him by stealing away two of his own team. Then as they are fighting we could get the Ven/Roxas meeting and have a battle to the near death between the Clone and the Original, in appearance, anyway. And come on: Who wouldn't want to play as Roxas with his fancy infinite Valor/Brave Form style? It would increase the style the gameplay goes by and makes it entertaining.

 

This is just a theory, and as such must not be considered TOO much or as cannon, nor be considered TOO little since you never know with Trollmura. If you have any questions/what-if's/reason's this would not work, hit me with them.

I think sora will use master erikus keyblade that he gets in the trailer to find ven in the castle that aqua locked with that keyblade sora finds the key to restore hearts witch is said he is looking for in the story description then he will restore vens heart and as said by yen Sid in khbbs ven when he wakes can find whover believes in him then he will help them find aqua and when they do the will find. Terra and restores his heart then somehow everyone part of sora comes back and ansem will return with aqua lea will appear and help and terra will delete xehanort and other stuff

But remember: This was a Beta Trailer. Beta being the key-word here. If you consider this cannon, you're jumping to conclusions. Besides, Sora would not be able to do that. Only Aqua can get through Castle Oblivion, and without her there would be no way to. Eraqus's Keyblade is just a Keyblade. Albeit powerful, Sora wouldn't be able to just raise his arm, Keyblade in hand, and unlock C.O. Then Xehanort would have just used one of his MANY keyblade wielding forms to unlock C.O., and Eraqus's Keyblade is no different from any other Keyblade other than it's stats. Besides, there is no other plausible way for Sora and Co. to find Aqua unless she somehow wandered out of the Realm of Darkness and somehow went back to the Realm of Light without a Door to the Light, which would kinda be god-modding Aqua. They way I see it happening:

3. I agree with Xehanort finding it easier to take Ventus rather then Aqua. Fangirl I am, I know how hard he can hit, and it WOULD deal quite a bit of damage given they didn't send the right person to confront him.

 

4. If they bring back Xion, who's to say there won't be complications? Xion is a puppet made to absorb Sora and mimic his skills. Being within Sora so long, anything can happen, which means she could pull Sora, Roxas and herself back into one before they even got to say a second hello. And even if she doesn't, there could be complications of another kind, thanks to Trollmura's taste for that kind of thing. I'd say, if they needed another wielder, they would first put Lea on the front lines, and for a backup, recreate Roxas and implant his memories in the second via Namine.

 

But anyway, I'm glad to finally meet someone who understands the theory behind the story as well as I do. *extends hand to be shaken*

2 Anyone can use a Dark Corridor, so long as they have the strength of heart to handle it, and still kept somewhat near Darkness. If Riku kept near Darkness, he could very well do the same.

3 Exactly. His speed also makes him quite dangerous. Then if you add in a powerful D-link like Vanitias's you will increase power twofold.

I'm thinking that Sora's heart would be kinda... divided up a little or via the power of Kingdom Hearts or maybe even magic from Yen Sid could be used to give Xion a heart, kinda reformat her, and make her a hole person who would not take in the characteristics from them. And another possibility is that when she comes back she would be made with her own heart and thus she wouldn't need to suck up power, remember, this Xion would have to have a new body because the previous was destroyed.

Yeah, and if this case occoured, Roxas would have his Dual Keyblades, which would give him an advantage so long as he knew how to use each one separatly and together in combos, counters, and blocks.

Well, fans argue that if Ven got his heart back they would loose the ability's of Dual Keyblades. Which though makes some sense, seems dumb to me.
