Daniel Black 1,981 Posted June 15, 2013 Nope, You will start in the scramble crossing in day 1. Then you will get the mission via text message, (Usually getting to 104) However the rout usually is blocked by a barrier, which is removed when certain conditions are completed (For example getting a partner).
