(Note: Since Naruto is still an on-going series, and this is taking place in the future, there will be many past events in the roleplay that are not canon to the actual series. Just a fair warning before flame wars start)

It's been 20 years since the Fourth Great Ninja War. After the defeat of the Akatsuki, Sasuke Uchiha decided to return to Konoha, and Naruto Uzumaki was named the 6th Hokage of the Leaf village as a result of the untimely death of Lady Tsunade, and his heroism during the war. A few years later, he married his assistant, Hinata Hyuga, while Sakura and Sasuke got together (Had to say something specifically like that to avoid any confusion... Forgive me, NaruSaku fans). The five great nations lived in peace for years to come. However, ninjas were still trained due to the threat of rogue ninjas. Relations eventually became hostile as nations bickered about who sent the rogue ninjas, and another ninja war seemed possible. Also, a newly formed Akatsuki has threatened the nations for some time, with an unknown goal. Now, in the village of Konoha, a group of shinobi have passed their graduation exams, and are about to find their ninja way...

 

Well, that's the storyline. Basically, major timeskip, Sasuke's back, all that stuff. All ninja will be either Konoha ninja or rogue ninja, preferably with a balance. Also, a note for anyone in my other roleplay, this won't interfere with that one. Also, please don't use characters already in the series, those won't be accepted. You can use their children, though. As a final note, please put "Dattebayo" at the end of your character sheet so I know you read all this. Now then, for the sign up sheet:

Jutsu: Fireball Jutsu

Personality: Koukon is incredibly determined to do well at whatever his task is. He is also very protective of those close to him. He's friendly, but can be a little quiet at times. He doesn't like to admit it, but he gets nervous a lot.

Bio: Koukon is the next heir to the Yougan clan, and as such, his clan has high expectations for him. Due to his failures in his past, he's striven to meet any expectation given to him, and he managed to pass the graduation exam with flying colors.

 

Name: Haruka

Age: 12

Rank: Genin

Clan: Yougan

Appearance: Long blonde hair. Wears a green shirt and blue jeans. Has a notable scar across her face.

Element: Fire

Jutsu: Fireball Jutsu

Personality: Haruka is incredibly outgoing, and often gets into trouble. She tries to find the positive side of every situation.

Bio: Haruka is Koukon's younger sister. At the age of 6, she was scarred as a result of an attack by a rogue ninja. Her brother tried to protect her, but failed to do so. Had their father not arrived, the two would have been killed. Unlike her brother, she barely managed to pass the graduation exams.

I know that this is breaking the usual Naruto rules, but would you be fine if Cobaku teamed up with Koukon and Haruka, Joel? He can stay as a Chunin, he could be there to help show the Genin the ropes. I don't want to have to control three Genin, and it doesn't seem like we're getting any more signups. Also, there might be some other shinobi that will be interacted with throughout the RP who don't have character sheets up, just to let everyone know. If anyone major comes up (Like an Akatsuki member), I'll make one for them.

fine with me, a little touch to his personality though, do you think he could be like a umm, "Not the best choice Role model"? i mean like if the genin had a mission to follow a trail, cobaku, would say he knows a shortcut and get them through some slight trouble, not enough to sabotage the mission but, enough to slow them down by like a good 30 minutes, i want him to have some of those, kind of scenarios, where the kids listen but cobaku is like y'know oblivious to the rules, cobaku is like a little devil on the kid's shoulder if you know what i'm saying, but he's still good though

(Sorry if its a FMA rip.. I just like the idea ) Masters of this technique can use Mokutensei without clapping their hands and just thinking it.

 

Chakra Lining - Basically, the user can detach some of his chakra to create a pattern in the ground.

 

Transmutation- The user draws a pattern on the ground and touches it to form anobject of their liking or for other uses like teleporting to other transmutation circles he's created before. It uses a lot less chakra that Mokutensei.

 

Forbidden Jutsu, Earth Style: Corrosion Detachment - Meant specifically forexterminating Bijju, Corrosion Detachment users draw a giant pattern inthe ground with the target in the center and puts their hands on thecircle. This calls upon the fire in the earth to rise and consume allthat's in the circle. This technique consumes a mass of chakra and only increases depending on the target's strength.No one has seen such a technique because people who have tried to useit couldn't even complete it because they died from chakra loss.

 

Personality: Quiet, calm, very intelligent, and an excellent quick thinker.

 

Bio: The Mokutensei are a clan of scientist that has been extinct for over100 years by extermination of the Leaf Village. They use their prideand joy, the Mokutensei, to deconstruct and reconstruct any materialjust by clapping their hands and touching that material so it looksalmost like a jutsu. This technique does consume some chakra. Theyconsider it a taboo to learn any Ninjutsu or Genjutsu.The Mokutensei were also born with immense chakra comparing to that of a tailed beast.Ryu was born in this clan and was trained in taijutsu equal to thelevel of Gentle Fist or Frog Kumite. He was the only survivor after theextermination and sought revenge. He stole a forbidden jutsu scroll in atemple called "Gedo's Requirem" and has joined the Leaf Village to takeit down completely from the inside. He is currently a Genin and claims to know no jutsu or technique. His taijutsu makes up for it so he could hide his roots.He took on the name,"Ryu Kekkei" as cover and his connections withother people to erase his documents and replace them with fake ones. His only fear is that a very good sensory-type or hyuuga can sense his chakra so he stays away from them for now. Since he's undercover, would it be okay to classify him as a rogue ninja, then? That way, he doesn't have all the limitations of a Genin. Also, I'd prefer it if he only had two elements, and 3 jutsu just to keep things from getting too out of hand.

Yeah you can classify him a a Rouge Ninja. Also, he is affiliated with all elements because of his Mokutensei. He can deconstruct and reconstruct things such as Earth, Water, and Wind to his liking. He cannot learn any other jutsu other that the forbidden jutsu. The chakra lining is not really a jutsu, just an ability that he created on his own since he was from a clan of scientists. He can make a temporary transmutation circle out of his own chakra. However jutsus like Corrosion Detachment is not compatible with Chakra Lining because 1.) That would be godmodding, and 2.) It's a forbidden jutsu, therefore this one requires a drawn pattern in the ground... The Transmutation mastery is somewhat like Mokutensei only that it expands the borders of what Mokutensei can do. For example, It can teleport my character from one place to another pattern Ryu drew previously.
