Lyssa rolled her eyes. The smith she was trying to work with was being annoying. Not being able to talk didn't help. "Just upgrade it please. Is that really so hard?" She wrote on a piece of paper, and passed it over to the guy. Smithy read it and shook his head.

"I ain't never upgraded a staff before. Not sure what to do." He said. Lyssa rolled her eyes and wrote again.

"Fine. If you can't do it, I'll find a smith. I heard you're the best around, but..." Lyssa passed the note and turned to walk away.

"Wait! I'll do my best." The blacksmith cried out. Lyssa turned back around, and handed her staff back to the man.

"Just don't break it all right." She wrote. The smith nodded and turned to his workshop. Lyssa sighed and waited in the store.

Joe leaned back in his seat as he finished off the last of his food Joe then looked to Tsu who when finished her food took a big breath "owe that was great best meal i had since getting here" "ya no kidding and also probable going to be my most expensive" "you complain allot" "yayaya what ever" a notification then appeared infront of Joe as he pained the check for the food Joe then looked to Tsu "well i'll be heading to an Inn to get some sleep so unless you plan on following me to the Inn as well see ya" "owe you aint losing me that easy mister im coming to the Inn as well" "your kidding right" "nope ive taken an interest in you besides its fun making fun of you" Joe rubbed his eyes as he got off his seat "fine what ever im to tired to deal with you now anyway so miight as well start moving" "lead the way"

"You've gotta be... Kidding... This is... Crazy!" Haseo was breathing heavily as the Dullahan held the broadsword with both it's hands. "So, this is why...it's so hard... to beat... It's got... over a million... HP." Haseo's breathing was certainly heavy, but his Health was still at maximum. (I've been fighting for ten minutes already, and I've only taken out around half of its over all HP. This isn't a hard fight, it's just about stamina. To win, you just have to make sure you evade the swings from the sword and don't tire yourself out too quickly... Well I'm screwed because I'm already knackered.) Haseo rose his Dual Blades once again, preparing to fight. (Okay... Just take deeper breaths, calm your heart rate and make sure not to run out of energy too quickly again.) Haseo and the Dullahan then began to pace in a circular motion at the outer edges of the room. (The Dullahan's attacks are slow, but hit incredibly hard. I have no doubt in my mind that I would be killed in one shot, even if I was blocking.) Haseo then stopped and so did the Dullahan, almost mimicking his movements. Haseo then ran at the Dullahan as it walked forward, swinging its broadsword horizontally. Haseo skidded down onto his knees, just barely dodging the blade. Haseo managed to get behind the Dullahan and held a hand to his chin. "Man, I think the grim reaper just gave me a shave on my chin instead of a slit on my throat." Haseo then smirked as the Dullahan was still facing the other way. "Time to rack up the combos."

Imoto walked over to Tsuna. "She should be fine. I just knocked the sense out of her."Imoto says. She got a hand on her hip. "I had a bad feeling since I met up with her. She's not acting normal. She gets these anger flashes out of nowhere. It's like if she has a personality disorder,but its impossible..."Imoto muttered. Not wanting to spill anything out. She shook her head. "She should be up soon. Just,warn the rest of the guild. Just incase. Don't want them to end up angering her and having to kill her or her killing them. The guild's safety must go first."Imoto says as she sat down besides Ane and stared around. "To think its my birthday. Geez."Imoto says as she looked up at Tsuna. She puffed. "Well? Warn the guild. Don't want them returning getting ready to kill."Imoto says as she looked down at Ane as she slept.

Personality disorder, Tsuna thought, is that some kind of game bug...no that would be to far fetched; what's happening to her. Tsuna finished typing the PM and pressed 'send'. She closed out the screen and looked back at Imoto. "Happy Birthday by the way. How old are you now?" She asked her

The Dragoon was not letting up. It shot its attacks, first fire, then barrages of crystals. "The hardest thing in CS:H was that none of the enemy's had any particularly weak and predictable AI's, but when you roll a secret and over powder boss into one being, you get this thing. Raaaah!" He sliced through its armor of crystals the beast had. The Grandbar, however refused to let that even phase it. It fired a barrage of crystals at Raen, impaling him hard and fast, his entire upper body, save his head, was filled with them, his HP dropping to seven, it's HP not even any less than half the first of its seven HP bars. Raen started falling, the pain nearly getting to him. "I am not going to die now. My heart... MY HEART WON'T ALLOW IT!" He pulled out the impaling crystals, shattering each one with his grip until they were out of his body. He got back up, and yelled at the dragon "If that is all you have, it's not enough!" He ran through back up to the thing, it clawing and slashing at him, to no avail. He ran up and slashed the beast with the blade, cutting and jabbing it with all his mite. Had the average fighter been there, they would have been unable to see his movement, eventually activating a sword skill, but one he had never used before. The blade glowed with a grey aura as he slashed through the body of the beast. It cried as Raen slashed off both of its arms and legs, slashing and tearing at the thing with a crazed look. Raen then prepared to chop off its wings, when the beast, on the end of its second to last bar blasted him back with them.

 

Derik was at one HP after the throw back. He pushed himself up, not allowing it to be the end. He watched the beast prepare one final attack: The crystals started to build up around his mouth as the energy built and prepared to fire. He pulled himself up, seeing his end at hand. "Heh, if this is my end, I would hope it would be in an honorable way. Good thing this isn't it." He pulled out a healing crystal, restoring his HP back to half he saw the beast's shot near completion: The crystals had turned into a focus point, like a giant gun chamber, the flame inside looked like a new sun being born. "This is it for you! I only have this one chance, any longer and this will probably result in me not getting the legendary weapon." He laughed at his lack of concern for the possibility of death for him. He healed up the Void's End, charging it with the Sword Skill from earlier. The beast fired the shot, and all that was left after a sun-bright flash was just some data crystals. The beast, thinking it's done relaxed a moment before he watched one of its wings fall off, then the other, then its own sight splitting in two. Raen stood alone, his sword stuck to the top of the boss room. "Point five HP left. I never thought I'd see the day I'd cheat death by a small a percent as point five." He took out two more healing crystals and healed himself before dropping back to the floor. The Winner notification appeared as he hit the floor. "Apparently even the System thought me dead. Oh, well." Raen looked at the results. "three level up's, six Grandbar eggs, and... Ha ha ha! I-I got it!" The status bar showed one sword, named "Grand Tear of End". He pulled out the sword, it was far longer than any of his previous swords. It was a foot and a half taller than he was. The blade looked like a trail of tears, the guard had two tears hanging off of the edge of a oval shaped thing. It had a hole in its center. Raen pulled out his sister's dagger.

 

It was a blue crystal like dagger, similar in appearance to s smaller Excalibur with a crystalline blade and a turquoise like circle with a black center. It slid it into the blade's hole, completing the oval's shape perfectly, it now had the eye of the Grandbar, only it looked calmer, more like it had finally finished crying for its pain. The story of the Grandbar was that once a cruel man had changed himself into a male Grandbar and found the last of the species. t the time, it was just a hatching, so it did not know of rage or hatred that now made it up. The man wormed his way into the Grandbar's society, slowly killing the last of them for their bones because their bones were powerful for potions and brews. The killing of it's parents were last, and the most brutal. The man soon tried after the legendary Grandbar, only to be killed so mercilessly that all that was left was a few atoms of his clothes. "This sword was it's heart. Sleep well, Grandbar." He looked at the dagger specifically, and remembered the day his sister fell in battle. She had found the dagger, which lead us to the cave. Little did we know, the people who told us about the dagger's legend also were PKers.

We fought hard, but as Kayaba hacked in, Nira was killed-off. I saw her avatar slowly shatter as I heard the words: "To all players, Hello. My name is Kayaba Akikkho..." The cowards who did her in ran off as soon as the announcement was done, save the leader. He gave me his condolences, all the info I would need, and Raen killed him. "Grandbar. Nira. Help me to free us all from the pains of death." He placed Void's end and Grand Tear of End into the sheathes on his back and began to grab a teleport crystal when he got the message. "I hope everyone is alright..." He teleported back to town, then, running, he found Tsuna, Ane, and Imoto in the blacksmithing section of the shopping district. "What happened, and why are we just having Ane lie on the floor here? We need to get her somewhere safe!"

She turned to stare at Ane. "After what she did she deserves to be electricuted by my gun too. But I'll do that when she's awake,so she can actually feel it."Imoto says. She turned to Raen. "Ane here just killed 3 players. She would of continued if I haden't shot lightning to the head."Imoto says as she made a gun motion with her hands. Raen stared not bealiving this. "If they were PK's, the player mark would tell you that they are player killers unless they haven't killed for a week and a half. And to answer your question, Tsuna, I was busy getting some leveling done and beating a secret boss from my world brought here. And anyway..." Raen picked up Ane. "Even if she killed some players." He began. "She deserves fair questioning. Also, if I were in the same situation, I'm pretty sure she would have one of you take me to an Inn till I recovered. Inside an inn, and inside towns, players HP cannot drop, so I am assuming that they were all just on the outskirts of the town when this happened. Anyway, I am going to take her to an Inn." Raen took-off. He had tears in his eyes. He doubted that Ane would kill for no real reason, and yet the red player mark tells me that she at least killed, and he couldn't help but let his though that she was unable to kill make him upset. At the Inn, Raen placed Ane on the bead, locking it before heading to his room. He cleaned off and returned to Ane's room. He sat on a chair that was placed on the other side of the room, haphazardly located by the window, and hoped Ane was going to wake up soon so he could question her.

after a few hours of sleep in the Inn Joe woke up yawning and stretching then lying back in the bed again Joe heard some light breathing by his neck slowly Joe turned his head slowly only to then see Tsu fast asleep beside him quickly joe jumped up and fell off the bed from being caught by surprise Tsu then yawned loudly as she woke up then rubbing her eyes Tsu then saw Joe flat on the ground "what the why you sleeping on the floor" Instantly Joe jumped up "why were you sleeping in my bed" "i felt lonely so i moved over to you" Joe just sighed "your really weird i hope you know that" "your the weird one" "how so" "your complaining about a cute girl sleeping in the same bed as you" Joes face then went slightly red as he quickly turned his back to Tsu "what ever lets just get some stuff together and head for the dungeon i want to get some more mapping done today"

Haseo's battle with the Dullahan was nearing its end. "All right... almost there." Haseo's stamina was running low again as the Dullahan swung it's sword at him. Haseo back stepped in order to dodge the attack before having to back peddle even more as the speed of the attacks were starting to increase. (Damn, his speed must increase when his health is less than 10%.) Haseo was now dodging frantically, ducking and side stepping to avoid certain death. The Dullahan then drew it's blade back before thrusting it forwards. Haseo's eyes widened, realising that he wasn't able to dodge it. "It's all or nothing." Haseo held his blades up in front of him as the broadsword struck them with incredible force, Haseo's HP going down to 30% from the one attack. (If I don't move, the sword's going to shatter my weapons and run me through!) Haseo noticed his blades were starting to crack as he was pushed up against the wall. The Dullahan then pushed harder, splintering Haseo's weapons into pieces, but that was it's mistake. Haseo had managed to use that moment to move the direction of the broadsword into the direction of the wall, scraping the remains of his Dual Blades against the base of the broadsword. "Now you're mine!" Haseo ran straight forward, sparks flying off of his Dual Blades which scraped up the side of the broadsword before cutting through the Dullahan, reducing it's HP to zero. "That was a close one." The Dullahan's rusted armor then fell to the pieces on the ground, the dark aura holding it together now vanishing. "All right, now to find this 'Rare Metal'." Haseo looked around when a strange glow from the armor on the ground, finding a large block of silver colored metal that was quite heavy. "This must be it." Haseo put the metal in his inventory, finding out that it was in fact the 'Rare Metal' he had been looking for. "All right, now to head back..." Haseo was about to leave when he turned back to the large broadsword that led flat on the floor, walking over to it. "Hmmm, I wonder..." Haseo bent down and grabbed hold of the handle, lifting it up straight. "Jeez, this thing is heavy." Haseo held the broadsword up next to him. The blade itself was around the same size as Haseo and the handle itself only made it taller. "Maybe, just maybe..." Haseo then put the blade in his inventory, acquiring one 'Rusted Broadsword'. "Okay, now to head back to the Inn to hand in the request and find a black smith to fix up my Dual Blades." Haseo then found his way out of the Dungeon and was on his way back to town.

Imoto stared as Raen walked away with Ane. Imoto stood up and glared. "You're making a big mistake!!!!"Imoto yelled. But Raen simply dissapeared in the distance. Imoto growled and crossed her arms. "Why does no one ever listen to me,dammit!!!"Imoto says. She then looked down in a deep thought and looked back up at Tsuna. "Tsuna. Do you think that,it is possible,for a virus to infect a player? This is a program after all."Imoto says,muttering that last sentence. She seemed to have a secret,but she didn't either wanted to bealive it or simply tell anyone of it.

Ane layed on the bed as Raen satted down on a chair. Ane opened both her eyes,staring at the cieling,before speaking what seemed to be like an automatic messege. "Project 'big sister'. Protect Imoto...PKs..."Ane muttered before the coding in her eyes dissapeared and the normal glimmer in her eyes returned. "Oi."Ane says as she held her head. She could bearly remember anything. After the program memory,everything went blurry for her,now she was here. Ane then satted up. Her silky hair slightly messy. Ane blinked and turned to Raen. "Raen,nice to see you."Ane says. She then looked around. "When I got into the inn? I was at the blacksmiths shop."Ane says as she then looked through her inventory. "When did I get this stuff too? I never went on any quests that I remember..."Ane muttered as she held her head and turned to Raen. "What happened? I only remember blurry images."Ane says as she tilted her head.

"You were hunting down some PKers, saying something about protecting Imoto, and in order to stop you she knocked you out. I wanted to know if you remembered anything, and if you were feeling alright. Imoto wanted to leave you on the floor until you were awake, but I got you here because you looked like you needed rest, and if anyone in the town was feeling like they wanted to be the hero for the day, I'm certain they would have executed you. I need you to think Ane: Do you remember anything? At the very most, if you killed these players, and even more if you can tell me if the mark above their heads were red." Raen said. His tone was serious and slow, almost like he was a different person.

"It happened again,It happened again..."Ane muttered as guilt started to sink into her heart. She felt so bad for having killed those players. "(It happened again...I'm a PK...)"Ane thought. When Ane ran off, Derik ran after her. "Stop. I can tell something is wrong! Tell me, I want to help!" He couldn't catch up to her though. "She killed... I can't think of it possible... No, there has to be a reason... I have to find her, track her down and find out what happened..." Raen looked somewhat lost, he was confused. He wanted Ane to tell him what happened. What was happening to her... He could tell he was missing more than he could stand. He opened the menu and selected the "Find Friend" option and selected Ane. He followed her footsteps, he kept a good distance away from her as he trailed her, trying to find out what was wrong.

Tsuna watched as Raen and Ane go then looked back at Imoto"Virus? Well it's possible seeing that we're inside a game but I never heard of a virus infecting a player before." Tsuna said. "Do you think you know something about this?" Virus, she thought, that's weird. well it would be common in these kinds of systems but never have i saw this kind of thing happen before

Imoto stared at Tsuna and slightly waved her hand. "Nothing that I'm allowed to talk about anyways..."Imoto muttered. As much as she wanted. She couldn't. It would only turn things dangerous for her and Ane and even the rest of the guild. Imoto stood up and searched through her inventory,taking out what seemed to be a high-tech version of a monocle. "I got this for my own birthday. It'll increase my accuracy. Pretty cool huh?"Imoto asks as she got it over her right eye and adjusted it. "Haha."Imoto says as she looked around. "This is pretty neat."Imoto says,doing her best to ignore the question.

~Meanwhile~

Ane ran. She looked back a bit and growled. "Someone's after me."Ane says. She then took a step foward and dashes,useing her speed ability to run as fast as she could and away. She eventually ran so far as to encounter the dungeon entrance. "Eh..."Ane says. She looked back. She then looked back at the dungeon. "I think its better here than to explain this now."Ane says as she ran inside the dungeon,looking for a way to get lost. She really didn't wanted to talk anything about the problem. "(How am I to explain any of this to anyone?! If I have kept such a secret so far by now they would all agree to excecute me or ban me from the guild! I'm only doing what I was made to do: Protect Imoto!)"

Haseo found his way out of the dungeon, taking a bit longer in order to avoid entering a battle because his blades were currently broken. "Man, that was quite a bit of trouble, I really need to get these blades fixed already." Haseo began walking back to town when he noticed Ane running away and soon after, Raen following. "I wonder what their problem is." Haseo shrugged and carried on walking. "It's best if I don't get involved." Haseo then entered the town and immediately headed to the Inn to give in the request, gaining five pieces of Rare Metal for the one he had to give up. "All right, now to go and find a blacksmith that can fix my blades." Haseo headed out of the Inn and began looking around town, noticing Tsuna and Imoto talking but didn't bother to stop for them. "If I remember, I think I heard someone mentioning a really good blacksmith named Lisbeth, I guess I'll start with her." Haseo then walked into a shop to see a girl with pink hair working at the till. "Good morning, how can I help?" Haseo's face dropped. (Guh! A cheerful one...) Haseo then walked over to the front desk and placed his Dual Blades on it. "I need these fixed." Lisbeth almost jumped out of her seat at the state of them. "Wha-! What the hell did you do to these? They're totally trashed!" Haseo sighed as he put his hands on his hips. "I got into a fight with a Dullahan." Lisbeth looked up and blinked a couple of times. "You mean you actually beat it? Wow, that must have been pretty tough considering your level." Haseo glanced at his stats, noticing that his level had gone up to level 20. "I'm not your average player, now can you fix them?" "Yeah, but it's going to be pretty pricey unless you've got some good metal for me to use." Haseo smirked and took out two pieces of Rare Metal from his inventory. "Will this do the trick?" "Woah, this is a really rare item." Haseo scoffed. "I figured since it had the word Rare in the name." Lisbeth pouted before taking the Rare Metal and the Dual Blades. "Was there anything else?" Haseo thought for a second before looking around the shop, seeing that there wasn't anyone else before taking the Rusted Broadsword out of his inventory and had it propped up against the desk for support. "I want you to take a look at this for me."

Imoto stared at Tsuna and slightly waved her hand. "Nothing that I'm allowed to talk about anyways..."Imoto muttered. As much as she wanted. She couldn't. It would only turn things dangerous for her and Ane and even the rest of the guild. Imoto stood up and searched through her inventory,taking out what seemed to be a high-tech version of a monocle. "I got this for my own birthday. It'll increase my accuracy. Pretty cool huh?"Imoto asks as she got it over her right eye and adjusted it. "Haha."Imoto says as she looked around. "This is pretty neat."Imoto says,doing her best to ignore the question.

~Meanwhile~

Ane ran. She looked back a bit and growled. "Someone's after me."Ane says. She then took a step foward and dashes,useing her speed ability to run as fast as she could and away. She eventually ran so far as to encounter the dungeon entrance. "Eh..."Ane says. She looked back. She then looked back at the dungeon. "I think its better here than to explain this now."Ane says as she ran inside the dungeon,looking for a way to get lost. She really didn't wanted to talk anything about the problem. "(How am I to explain any of this to anyone?! If I have kept such a secret so far by now they would all agree to excecute me or ban me from the guild! I'm only doing what I was made to do: Protect Imoto!)"

"Arg. Lost her. Well I'm not giving up yet!" He de equipped the Gravity Coat, his speed barely matching fifteen percent of what Ane was moving at. After about 10 minutes, Raen found that she had entered the dungeon. "Why is she here? I would think she would go to Imoto or somewhere else, but of all places not to a dungeon. She could get killed in there! Ugh." Raen re entered the dungeon, but now Ane's foot prints were not showing up on his map. "Man. I guess I will have to check all the paths." He searched for hours, until he found the boss room. "To all Guild members, regardless of situation if you are able come to my point. I have found the Boss room." Derik re read to himself before he sent it to them. "If Ane is the way I know she is... She will come here to help Imoto fight this boss because she knows that Imoto could get hurt in a boss battle and she wouldn't allow that. And no matter what I will have to find out what is happening to her..." He muttered. Then he messaged Haeso and Joe, telling him he found the door.

Joe and Tsu began to walk around the third level dungeon when joe began to notice something strange Tsu looked at Joe seeing him thinking something over "hey something up" "i was just thinking all the monsters we've been running into the last while they were far to easy to take down" "now that you mention it a lot of them were one hit kills but whys that bothering you" "its the fact that those monsters should be about 3/4 of the first floor boss and even with that were taking them down in one hit" "so what that just shows were getting allot stronger" "ya i know but Aincrad has 100 floors and were only on the third but yet we already have our levels up in the 20s this place is built so that the monsters that our set as boss's will evolve to match our power and so the next boss the floor above them will be most likely double the former boss" "so what are you saying" "if we grew to level 100 to fast the bosses would grow in power far beyond level 100 by the time we reach level 50 and if that was to happen with another 50 floors to go and no other way of leveling up after reaching level 100" "and with the bosses growing stronger to over match us with every floor" "by level 60 the bosses will be far beyond what we can handle" "so what are you saying we stop leveling up" "pretty much its all we can do to avoid something like that happening right now were both level 22 if we hold off leveling up until the 12th floor and then stick to the rule of only leveling up two on each floor we lower the odds of the bosses eventually managing to over power us with to large a gap" "sounds like you thought that through allot but the experience we get from bosses will level us if we get enough" "if thats the case im willing to sit back and let others fight it out i can stand by and let others take the EXP especially if it brings us closer to getting out of this place"

Tsuna watched as Imoto fixed her monocle on her face. "Cool birthday gift." she said to her. "It must have costed a lot to get it. Actually I've never seen a monocle before, maybe it was because i was always locked in my room back then." A pop window appeared in front of Tsuna and she opened it. It was a PM from Raen. "He already found the boss room? But i thought he was with Ane. Did she wake up and took off somewhere.....man this is weird" She closed the message, sighed and said to Imoto "I guess we have to get going now. Are you ready?"

Imoto noded. "Heck yeah! I want to fight the boss! I'm so gonna get the final kill on it this time."Imoto says as she walked around and then turned to Tsuna. She walked over to her. "Come along Tsuna! We can sing happy birthday song on the way to the dungeon."Imoto says as she clapped her hands together and started to walk,singing the happy birthday song outloud. Imoto being the obnoxious little kid she is,didn't seem to have a care in the world,only thinking about the boss room. But that was her,and how she was raised to be so far. Plus she wanted to be in a good mood,since she was spending her birthday inside a video game. Eventually they got to the dungeon and met up with Raen. "Yo Raen!"Imoto says as Tsuna and her reached to him. Imoto then noticed something strange. She looked to the left. She looked to the right. "Wait a second. I thought you were with Ane."Imoto says. She squinted her eyes and got her hands on her hips. "Did you do something to her?"Imoto asks,suspecious.

Ane satted down,checking around her inventory. She was staring at the items she had collected when killing those three players. "My goodness,I feel so guilty...but if I tell anyone I could risk the guild..."Ane muttered. She then received a PM. She opened it and read it. "The boss room?"Ane muttered. Her eyes slightly narrowed as she made a fist. "Imoto must be on her way there..."Ane says. She bit her bottom lip and closed the PM. She stood up and looked on the map to see where the location was according to the PM. "Not to far from here."Ane says as she messed around with her menu and then just swiped it away. She took a step foward and started to run,as fast as she could,towards the location. She stopped on her tracks and stood in a corner. She took a peek to see Raen,Tsuna and Imoto infront of the door. "(I can't but I must. What should I do...?)"

No. After I took her back to the inn and she woke up, she said a few things then ran off... Well, speak of the devil now." Raen's map finally started showing where Ane was, at least a little bit. She was nearing the group. "Well, for whatever reason everything is going on for, I won't even risk going in without Ane, Lyssa, Jaze, Haseo, and Joe. They would kill me if I did.
