Also, it depends on the person. Some of us buy Photoshop, but a lot of people also use Gimp, which is sort of like it, but free.

I'm actually looking for someone who can make mine a .gif. It's a video in wmv format. I tried it online, but it's either horribly slow or has text blocking the whole thing.

I'll post the link to download it if any brave souls feel up to the task, as there are some specifications to it.
