I've already developed the technical side of things... well, I want to rewrite it, but you could say that I've already developed a functional version. So that's all set, but at least a month away due to me wanting to rewrite everything (including KH13). Apart from that, there are still problems with staff management. Kind of like the "who wants to be a sec mod" thread, you could have one "who wants to update news and content" or something, and leave them in control of that part of Final13.
