Drip goes each drop as I lean my head against the window of this black built in Security Limo. "Now...your room shall be EB 13." 

"k." I mutter as my Officer gives more details. 

"You'll be apart of Unit 2 with Unit Leader Edgerial." 

"K." To be honest I'm really not paying attention. I just stare at all the Cars that stream by. Black buildings with so many neon colors. 

"Lulu are you even hearing my words?" 

That's when something catches my attention. It's one of those durpy looking Baby Bots! "Look! It's a-" 

A small slap is hit my arm. My eyes are forced to meet with my Officer's, "Lulu you need to listen. This is highly serious. You are lucky enough to be out of jail and entering the Police Force. You very much know that if you screw up at least once your whole life can end with a officer firing at you." 

....I look from him and gaze my eyes to the leather black seat, folding my hands onto my lap, "Yes..." 

He looks at me for a second then continues, " "You will need to carry your SIBYL Id card with you once entering." 

SIBYL....the place I am heading. The place that took me....The place where Society has changed. 

"Oi! Where here!" The Limo Driver yells to us. 

"Park out front." My Officer says. 

We take about two more turns when we slow down. Someone opens the door where poring rain flutters in. My Officer gets out and stands to the side, "Lulu....welcome to SIBYL. Your new home." 

I look up to see a very rather large building glowing with a large blue and black sign the words SIBYL. "I'm here..."

Casually the well dressed teen walked through the streets covered in the dark of night. Of course many didn't expect him to be anything but nice maybe smug by his well cleaned suit. Which made his jobs so much easier. "Where are you hiding? You know running is perfectly useless against ME. So why don't you make this easier and come on out for me? If you do I'll make it painless." Of course now you would suspect something that's if you lived long enough afterwards. "Ah there you are. See ya in hell bastard." Oh tonight would be a very fun night with lots of crimson to hide before daybreak. At least there where a couple hours left.

I walked in the city or at least someplace that sounds like a city. Trying to hear for the SIBYL building I listened and listen nothing..... I felt the card they gave me it was probably a ID obviously. I didn't know if I would survive in this job since I couldn't see I would probably be doubted a lot then be kicked out... Then a heard a 'welcome to SIBYL', 'I found it. Whew....wait if I heard that then that means...there is a another recruit.' I kept walking until I thought I found the location of the building...

A younger male, with longish brown hair, sat in his office within SIBYL. He said nothing, looking over several files as he tapped a small pen on the desk. Near him, was his Dominator, a peculiar gun...with an interesting use and mechanic.

"Hmph." Edge grumbled, placing the reports he held down. "Another recruit?" He tilted his head, sighing. He took off his glasses, wiping them for a moment. "We've got too much to deal with. What is Command thinking?"

Edge's creepily red eyes looked over his plain, cramped excuse of an office, and sighed once again.

 

(Hope I'm following this right, not sure what exactly to type- so I'm just going off with what I can think of.)

"LET ME OUT YOU TERRIBLE HUMANS! WHAT THE HELL! YOU LET ME OUT FOR A WHIlE THEN SHOVE ME BACK IN, YOU INSANE SLAVE DRIVERS!!!" Kuro yelled as loud as she could, kicking the walls in her room.

"LET ME OUT." she called.

Three officers quickly opened the door and Kuro tried to run through them. Two officers held her back, restraining her in a straightjacket. Kuro let out a scream of frustration.

"Kuro...do you not understand that when we let you out, your not going to be able to stay out forever." the main officer said, pulling Kuro up to his view by her hair.

"HUMAN, GET AWAY FROM ME! I HAVE TO SAVE SISSY!" Kuro yelled.

"Kuro sweetheart...your sisters are dead." the man said before all at once they dropped her to the ground.

Sometimes, Kuro has hallucinations...her sister being tied up, Kuro needing to save her.

"YOU LEFT ME IN THE STRAIGHT JACKET!" Kuro screamed.

I stopped in front of the building that seemed to be the SIBYL building. I walked closer to it and heard a auto-mastic door slide as I walked in. Then heard a, "Excuse me may I see your ID?" From a female voice. I nodded and got out my ID card and showed her it. Then she said, "Thank you the office is on the left." I nodded as a thanks... I wasn't a talkative type never was after....'that'... I then I walked to my left walking a little slower so I could make sure I wouldn't bump into someone. But it didn't work...someone was running and bumped into me. "Hey watch where you're going!" I said a quiet, "I'm sorry sir...." He was apparently mad about that... , "Huh? What did you say?" He said slightly mad he took it as disrespect.... 'Oh no.....'

So, do you think everything turns out alright? That the odds of someone killing you are slim and that nothing will happen to you? That you will reach the top-- the throne-- and no one will be there to push you off it? Hahaha, how foolish. These people...maybe he can do those things to them...to you. He will drag you down into reality. He will come,..soon.
He will traumatize you...his eyes will paralyze you. He will come. But soon it'll be over. You will drop down to your knees in fear and horror. He's coming. His voice will make you twitch in nervousness. He's coming.

Blood splattered over me! Like a human sprinkler. It felt so good, it felt right! THIS is what I was meant for! Killing...dissecting. The human I had killed lied there, dead. Dead, and in dozens of perfectly cut pieces. The human was sliced nough so that no one could tell who it was. HAH, and they thought they could fight back!!! I laughed maniacally and psychotically away from the scene. "Ohhh I wonder what that SIBYL thing can do...entertainment maybe?"

I walk out as the limo passes behind swaying my jacket behind. My hands grip each other as I walk forward not giving towards the rain. My Officer and others began to drag out my lugegue as I look around. No...no...no....Yes. A flower. I stare back at the workers then proceed to the small flower.  

Glowing neon blue in the heavy rain...poor thing. I look around to only see some other flowers... Technology is doing this and they don't even give a care. I push up the soil in order for it to protect more of the root. Flowers can not obtain too much water.

"Lulu! Let's go." He yells at me as he drags in my suitcase.

I get up while rising my hands with the rain drops. Then run inside.

 

Wow....A very busy gray and blue lobby is present i nfront of my eyes. I scan around to see soo many people in suits... "Yes were here for a New member from the Enforcers." My Officer is telling a the Lady behind the large oval counter.

"Information please." The lady replies.

My Officer hands her a stack of papers. The Lady skims through each one, "And where might she be sir?"

My Officer points over to me. 

"Oh we will need to run a scan." Damn I really hate those scanning things.... 

"Lulu." I slowly follow but acidently bump into a black jacket, "Sorry!" The figure is suddenly away with my eyes only to catch messy black hair with some type of cool color in his eyes. Who was that guy? 

I reach the lady and my Officer, "Please step in here." 

A very large glass case is in front of me. I gulp and slowly enter. Suddenly a large green beam observeres me everywhere causing me to close my eyes and finally it stops. 

I quickly get out and take a deep breath. "Please wait as I fill out some papers." The lady says and walks back to her desk leaving me and my Officer. 

This place sure is different...

I didn't say anything more and got up and started walking past him. He grabbed the back of my suit and yelled, "Don't be disrespecting me!" And threw me to the ground. 'Ouch...well this wasn't as bad as...I need to forget that...' I pulled my bangs lower over my non-existent eyes. I slowly got back up and kept walking...

Xei walking around the streets in the City to take a fresh air.Then,two members of SIBYL spotted him then he begins to run away from them."It's him!the Bounty Mafia!"One of the SIBYL member said as they chased him through the alleyway."We lost him.....where could possibly he--ARGH!"One of the member said as he suddenly being killed by stabbing from the back by Xei."Why you!!"One of the SIBYL said as he charge towards Xei but in the blink of an eye,he slash his body to a million pieces."Man.....killing Mafias and SIBYL are like.....20 peoples a day....oh well,at least that was my part of the plan..."Xei said as he begins to leave the alleyway....

rechi smiled as he walked out of his jail cell and outside wearing his normal clothes.he loved how the rain kept making the limo driver more pissed off then anything." you'll be a sexy in SIBYL so you better behave and do what they tell you are back in here you go got me rechi" the officer said.rechi pouted but began grinning." so until we get there i can be as annoying as i want right you know to get wigglies out" rechi said.the officer smacked him in the back of head making him shut up.rechi sighed as he was shoved in the limo and was taken from his beloved old home and to a horrid place like the SIBYL.a few minutes later they arrived at the building and rechi was pushed out of the car." rechi go sit down over there and try to be social while i get this all situated" the officer said.rechi nodded and went towards a wall getting ready to sit down when he fell face first onto the floor.no one noticed and kept walking.since he had his sleeves tyed together from the back he couldn't get up so he layed there." ma'ma we have a new brain boy in" the officer stated droping some papers on the front desk.

Jay walked around the SIBYL with a engry bar sticking in her mouth as she tried to find where she had been told to go. She needed to 'talk' to some kind of officer. She looked around trying to see everyone but herself. It was working so far for her- in till. A man stood be for her. "Hi,your Jay aren't you?"

A nod. The man seemed to smile. "Emotion." He stated.

She nodded again with a smile. "Good." He said as if pleased.

She smiled shyly. "Okay I have to tell you to follow me." She gave a weak smile.

Sigh....so bored.... "Can I have a look around?”

"No.“ My Officer replies.

"Why are you always like that.“ I frown.

He gives me a very soft glare and whispers. "Do you honestly think I would let you off.“

He's right...he's only trying to protect me like he always does... That's when I notice some guy just laying on the ground. The heck? "Hey that guy needs help.“ I tell my Officer.He gives a rather strange look towards the man and sighs, "Fine...“

Noding I walked over and stood behind the man, " Are you ok?“

" no no i'm not thanks for asking though hey can you go get the femmale officer over at the desk please" he asked.rechi tryed to roll over but hurt himself in the progress." scratch that can you untie my hands so i can get up" rechi asked.his officer turned towards them and sighed." don't untie him he might attack you" the female said.she went over and helped him up then dragged him to the desk.a man showed up and looked through the papers." please step inside the box and do not at all freak out" the guy said.rechi walked into the box and sighed as the lights came up and scanned over him.after that rechi stepped out and sat down at the wall waiting.the officer showed the gun he made to the guy at the front desk which made him smile." how funny she likes that peice of crap i made in what a hour" he thought.

Xei walking through the streets after he killed two members of SIBYL.Just as he taking a fresh air,he heard a news from the TV at the store that shows in public through a wall made of glass."Breaking News!Two members affiliate from SIBYL has been killed just a moment ago.The Police Agency suspected and said that it was killed by a man using a Sword.This case will probably be ties with another case regarding about Xeimizah Xazhar,the Bounty Mafia that worth Two Millions Money Rewards by capturing him Dead or Alive....For the information of this case,this Mafia not just kill many SIBYL officers,but other Mafia as well.....And the Goverment advice that all citizens must not go outside during the dark..."The Reporter said from the news as Xei leaving after hearing the news...

'Dang it...how do you get out of these things...?' Kuro thought, looking down at the straight jacket.

"YOU PEOPLE ARE COMPLETELY NOT FAIR!" she yelled, trying to break out of it just as a separate person opened the door and Kuro gave a smile; this was someone she could trust.

"Sorry about that Kuro...are you okay?" the woman asked.

"Kiku! I wouldn't think you would be roaming this side of the SIBYL!" Kuro said with a smile.

"New people are arriving and since your really the only one with major problems, they told me to come here." Kiku said.

Kiku was three years older then Kuro and they have become pretty good friends since Kuro entered a couple of years ago.

"That's mean." Kuro stated, turning around, letting Kiku take off the straightjacket.

"Anything else?" Kiku asked.

"No." Kuro stated, sitting on her bed.

Kiku gave a sigh and walked off, closing the door behind her.

"As if killing them isn't enough, you have to creep the hell out of them too." Lisa chided, walking next to Ace. The guy was an idiot, but he was strong, and allies were needed in this upside down world. Sometimes they had to be crazy people. "Come on, before he gets away." she said to him, and ran off into the darkness. The Mafia would do this sometimes, get requests for a hit. They weren't Lisa's favorite source of income, but if she wanted to stay relatively hidden within Mafia hands, she would do what they asked.

"But they'll die in just a second anyways." True to his word they dropped onto the ground with there mouth oozing a blackish red liquid. "So what's the little miss doing here? I thought you didn't like doing this sorta job?" Of course Lisa wouldn't see his mused look under the hoodie that kept him safe in daylight. You can't catch what you know and they didn't know he was the rich families son Anthony. Well no did really. They thought Ace was just a guy who stole tech to do his jobs. Well they weren't completely wrong.

"The boss didn't trust you enough. So he sent me to help." Lisa said, smirking. "After all, not much is known about you, dear Ace. But considering the job is done now, so is mine." Lisa began to walk off, but an idea struck her. "Unless you want to help me with something. We can get to SIBYL, sabotage some equipment, and grab some intel. In and out. We'll look good, and we'll rise up the chain of command fast." Lisa proposed. It was a stupid idea, considering SIBYL had quite a bit of security. But if they managed it, they could make out with quite a bit of intelligence. Ace looked unsure, so Lisa put in a reward for him. "I'm sure there'll be some nice technology, weapon or otherwise that you could use to your advantage."

"Using a passion against well I guess I'll give it a try then. I can probably hack us in but we need something to make us look 'normal' in there if I can hack in." Ouch he did need parts for fixing the rest of the updated weapons. Well that and making sure his makeshift little electrical heart could allow him to survive. His really big secret because they all thought they had killed the entire Stark family when they found out about the insanity problem in it. "Though darling I do hope you don't come with me again because next time this-" he motioned toward the body. "Won't be so pretty to look at."

Lisa grimaced at the dead body. She didn't like killing people, it wasn't in her nature. "Alright then. You get hacking, and I'll get us some disguises, don't worry." she said. She then vanished into the shadows. Supposedly, there should be some patrolling SIBYL units right around the corner. She peeked around the wall and saw a man, in a SIBYL uniform. Perfect. She called out to him. "SIBYL! Help! Help!" The guy played along perfectly. He saw her near the alleyway and came running. Slowly, Lisa backed up into the alley, until they were out of sight from the street. "What do you need miss?" he said. Lisa said nothing, and simply smiled. She punched him in the leg, breaking it cleanly, then directed a quick kick to his head. In two swift motions, the guy was out like a light. Lisa did the same thing to a female officer down the street. When she was done, she brought the uniforms back to Ace.

Damn she's fast at her work. No wonder why she's the one her playing babysitter for the deadly sixteen year old. "Okay then Lisa I'll be at the front gate. Just sneak with the uniform and we'll leave the harder parts for me." Running at a near by wall he jumped letting the boosters get up onto the roof. "So here I is we'll then they can't tell me a part from the rest soon." Putting his back in front of him removing his hoodie and prized boots before sliding on a helmet with the rest of the uniform. 'If I have torun I'm screwed.'

"We are done Sir." The Lady now returns to my Officer. I glance back where he finger's me to follow. I look back at the man who fell.....strange.... 

I walk back to where the Lady replies, "We will now bring you two to a Meeting room where you will be able to meet Unit 2's Leader." Unit 2's leader....my soon to be Boss. 

The lady walked through busy metallic hallways as we followed to where we eventually came across a room with a small glass door. Prisoner's Always Room. She leads us in to where me and My Officer sit on two metal chairs behind a big metal table. "We shall call Unit 2's Leader soon. Please remain here." She leaves the room as I lay my arms and head on the table. I don't like being here in this room.... 

"Will Main Officer Edgerial, please report to Meeting PA room 3." The annoucments say across the building.

I nodded at the person who asked if I was ok. 'It doesn't look like I'll last here for long...' I thought to myself and decided to sit in the lobby and wait. I took out the card again feeling the slight indent of my name. 'Code.' I thought I did like the name however it wasn't my real name... I was born into the government first going to the military... Then becoming a spy, but now I'm here. I sat and listened to random conversations hearing for any information I could get in this place. I didn't hear much only the fact people who work here use a Dominator... 'Hm...What is that...'

At the hallway in SIBYL headquarters,one of the officers walking through are being attacked from behind by Xei,who was breaking in the headquarters."Sorry dude,i'll take that clothes for a while...."Xei said as he take the officer's Clothes for a disguise.Then,Xei arrived at the Lab,and try to hacking the password system and going in.Then,Xei approach to the Computer and hacking the system to get the information."Let's see....D-O-M-I-N-A-T-O-R.....there..."Xei said as he type the computer."Ah,here it is.....hmm,i see.....so that's what it was.....better save this information for the next plan..."Xei said as he save the information using his thumb drive and begin to leave at the lab and walking at the hallway...
