Setting:

This takes place in a world that is a mix of medieval and modern times, where sword clashes with gun and magic faces lasers. Nothing is impossible and everything is probable. Keep in mind this RP is very similar to Final Fantasy that includes technology, magic, and items.

 

Story:

In the midst of a civil war and new threat steps forward. A third force enters the battle with and army of undead warriors. A group of brave warriors rise up and conquer this force of walking dead and end the civil war but learn a truth behind it all when it is only a little too late.

 

Layout:

Start the story where ever you wish but I want everyone to eventually congregate together (Depending if you’re good or bad.). Some of us will be on the west side of the country’s civil war (Arcadians) and some will be on the east side (Aspirians). Then the army of the undead is led by 11 spirit guardians, said to be protecting bits and pieces of a spirit that belonged to an extremely powerful paladin from many centuries ago. After the guardians are killed off, the final foe will be remade. Because we defeated the guardians he was reborn and is as evil as ever. Of course we take him out.

Magic Casting System:

In this role play characters don’t just simply cast magic they have to say aloud what they are casting.

e.g.: Matt said “Thundaga!” and a jolt of lightning shot from the sky.

The reason for this is to further explain the spell ‘Mute’. Anyone who has played Final Fantasy knows what mute does. It causes a status effect so the effected character can’t use magic. So when someone is muted they can’t say the spell in order to cast it. Make sense?

 

Rules:

• Be creative.
• Be descriptive.
• Have fun.
• Don’t let the RP die.
• Do not kill off others characters without permission.
• Do not control others characters without permission.

Start where you wish but eventually every good guy need to gradually group together. This RP will follow the layout of Final Fantasy. All 11 Gaurdians will eventually die of course. And magic starts at low level and people work your way up. Have fun and be creative.

 

[Drake & Ryu]

Drake and Ryu continue walking the path ahead of them. Both seemed a little exauhsted.

"Seems like he got away! Again!" Drake exclaimed. Drake and Ryu were chasing the theif who stole Drake's mother's amulet for the second time. "I can't beleive I lost him twice!"

"It's okay." Ryu smiled. "We'll get it back, Drake." Drake nodded and they continued.

 

[Zephyr]

Off in the shadows near by Drake and Ryu. "Hee Hee Hee......Seems like such a nice boy...."

Patrox was walking out of Imperial City, just to get out and about for a while. "Man, this whole thing is just to stressful, why can't the enemy leader just come out and fight for himself, that's what I'd do." said Patrox as he continued walking. Patrox soon found himself in the same area as Drake and Ryu, but a few feet away from them, just standing there and listening to the wind fly through the trees, that always calmed him somehow.

(Maria: Thief, Imperial City)Just at the edge of Imperial City, Maria was sneaking around, hoping to steal. All she found was some scattered jewels and rope. She had thought she would have found more, but she never did. Bored, she decided to go to Conga Canyon, towards to Elk Village. "The guardian thing is just a bunch of stupid lies. Luckily I'm not one to be superstitious. I expect someone to come up to me and say it's real." She waited, but no one came. "Thought so!" she exclaimed as she went for Conga Canyon.

Riezer was on top of a building scanning the area around him in Imperial City. He was looking for something, but what it was was a mystery to even himself. "Ah, I think I know that way now." Riezer said as he looked through his special one eye goggle that he had on in use. He then leaped off the building and landed safetly on the ground, due to his abilities. He then notice people all around him. "I am not going to get anywhere with these damn people around." Riezer said below his breathe. He then took out his sharpened razor sword. He noticed a child walking the streets next to his mother. Riezer knew what he had to do to get people out of his way, but it wasn't going to be easy, execepted for the fact that he didn't care. He then held the razor sword to the child's neck, who was now screaming. His blonde hair and hazel eyes mother then screamed out the child's name, "Chester!" the mother screamed. The group of nearby people stopped what they were doing and looked over at Riezer, the child, and the mother. "Please, don't hurt him." the mother said with tears going down her face and hitting the ground. Riezer, who was wearing a hood, laughed, "Sorry lady, I need to get some people to move and this is the best way is with a death of a child." Riezer said. The child, named Chester, was now crying as he was scared for his life. But after Riezer said all this, a shot was fired at him. He looked at the crowd to find his old rival, Officer Nash. "Oh Nash, how lovely. If I knew you were coming, I would have prepared a lovely thing of bones for you." Riezer said. The officer spit at the ground, "Riezer, you let that boy go now! I am not in the mood to play today!" Officer Nash said. "Oh and why not? Your boyfriend break up with you?" Riezer asked with a smile. "Why you little..." "Watch it, there are kids here." Riezer said cutting Nash off. "Well lucky for you, I have some where to be right now, but we will have to do this again some time soon." Riezer said removing the sword from the child's neck and then rushing away. Officer Nash quickly followed him, but as they crossed a corner, Riezer was gone. Nash crossed her arms, "How does he keep doing this?" Nash asked walking off screen. Riezer then came out of the shadows and smiled, "Some things never change with that one." Riezer said as he then went back into the shadows.

Yumiko sighed, walking through the muddy gravel as water swished below her feet. She looked to the small stream to her left.

"It's so peaceful here..." she said aloud, watching the ripples roll by.

Yumiko sat down on a dry rock by the stream, playing with some stones in her hand.

"I'll go back to the city tonight. At least a lot of people don't know who I am because Im so quiet." Miko said with a smile as a strong gust of cold wind stormed through the Canyon.

'A storm tonight?' she thought, looking up at the sky.

(Maria, Conga Canyon)

 

Maria saw Yumiko, but didn't want to make contact. At least, not yet. She shuffled past Yumiko quickly, and began to run as fast she could, though the canyon was half bare. Hardly anything thing was a place to actually be big enough to hide in. "Maybe I won't make contact," Maria whispered.

 

 

 

(Romelia, Imperial City)

 

Romelia watched Riezer as he and Nash ran, but looked away as soon as Nash left. "There's no denying it. You can be really stupid," she murmured.

[Drake & Ryu]

 

The two went into the Maple Forest which was the deriction the theif ran off to.

"Maybe he hid in here..." Drake suggested.

"You sure?" Ryu began to say with fear in his voice. "I'm not sure anyone would go in there....it's dark, and i hear something gowling...."

Drake nodded. "Where else would he hav ran off to? To the city?"

"Yeah!" Ryu said hoping Drake would agree.

"Not likely since that's the other deriction. There isn't even anywhere near hear for several miles. If he went somewhere else we would most likely see him."

"Yeah! 'Most Likely' dosen't clearify for sure."

Drake ignored Ryu's last statement and went into the forest and Ryu followed.  

Riezer then appeared behind Romelia and held his razor sword to her neck. "Someone needs to learn to not watch others affairs." Riezer said to her. He didn't like it when someone would watch something when it didn't involve them. "So, what do you want anyways Romelia? The last time I saw you, I sent you through a trip to the shadow realm for, well you know." Riezer said lowering his sword from her neck.

"I came to help," Romelia said. "You sometimes need my time, and then when you really need it, I'm not there, as you had your chance!" she glared at Riezer. "Maybe, you should lure the kid away from his mother. Ever thought about that, Riezer?" she asked.

Patrox noticed Drake and Ryu enter the forest, though he didn't know who they were, he was curious as to what they were doing. "Hmm, i wonder what those two are doing, and more importantly, whose side are they on." Patrox said to himself. Patrox ran to the edge of the forest and took to the trees from there. Patrox followed closely behind Drake and Ryu, but was so focused on finding out who they were and what they'd want in the forest, he didn't notice the trees were rustling as he followed.

"Hey, I was only trying to scare people. I have no real reason to kill the kid. And when do I ever need you help? Last I remember, I have done fine on my own." Riezer said. He then put his sword into his belt to keep it handy.

Iuvenis stood at a military checkpoint bordering Aspiria and Arcadia. Iuvenis sighed, the metal helmet hiding his wolf-ears was a constant pain, but was necessary to hide what he was. He shifted a bit as the guard checked some information.

"All right...Iuvenis....you can pass." The guard said, murmuring somethign about Iuvenis's odd name. Everything about Iuvenis was odd, his species, his lack of a will to fight, his fear...everything. Iuvenis sighed with relief, walking with an odd gait, trying to his lupine-tail.

It seemed all too easy, but he quickly crossed the border over to Arcadia. "Great.." He muttered, "I'm not going to like this..."

"Well, if you had just gone and kidnapped the kid without his stupid mother noticing, we'd actually not be found out, and still be almost secret! Actually, this place knows you pretty well....." Romelia realized. "What are you going to do now?"

Riezer shrugged at Romelia. "Probably have a few beers til I get drunk. Then, I will probably hit on a woman until we go home together. Then wake up in a hangover. Maybe after that I will get Officer Nash to chase me down again, and disappear. Basically everything I usually do." Riezer said to Romelia. He then lit a cigeratte and started smoking it.

[Drake & Ryu/ Maple Forest]

 

The two started through the forest.

"I think he's here..." Drake said out of no where.

"Why do you say that?" Ryu responded.

"Because, i just feel like someone is watching us......."

But little did the two know, there were more eyes then two one these warriors.

"Fine. If that's what you want to do." Romelia walked off. Sometimes, he can be really screwed up." she thought.

Patrox decided to jump out of the tree and lean on the trunk, though he didn't look towards Drake or Ryu. "Hmm, tell me, how did you know i was following you, two, why are you here, and three, where does your allegiance lie....answer truthfully, or feel the sting of my sword on your flesh, and don't try to attack me, i can draw my sword before you can even reach for yours." said Patrox. You could tell Patrox wasn't joking around, as his voice had no humor at that moment.

Riezer puffed out some smoke and then sighed as he drop the cigeratte and then stomped on it. He then looked back at Romelia. "Well what do you expect me to do? I mean really, I see no escape in this hell we call the world. I can't die, no matter how much I have tried. What is there more to do? I mean back in the day, life was different. We were different. We used to mean more to each other than we do now. What changed all of that?" Riezer asked aloud.

On a tower of the Fort of Expatriates, a girl in hooded robes stood. Down below, a skirmish was going down between the Arcadians and the Aspirians. The Aspirians were getting pushed back into the fort. Lune grinned. Time for the tides to turn. She teleported straight down right onto the battlefield. With her claws equipped she went into a flurry of blows. She was clearly unexpected, because the first few fallen still had their mouth open in shock. Lune ex-quipped to her dagger, stabbed a mans neck, then went for a follow-up in his buddies stomach. Her double pointed spear appeared in her hand and she spun once a chest height and again at ankle height. Both friends and foes could only watch in awe at the walking army. Before another spin attack, her scythe was ex-quipped. An all out massacre was not something Lune did often, she put her main efforts elsewhere, but it could be really fun sometimes. With an even longer range, the next spin was devastating. Lune equipped her bow and shot it straight and true. As the last of her current targets fell, Lune lifted her head. Most of her face was hidden by her hood, but her smiling mouth was still visible. The bow vanished from the assassin's hand, and a sword replaced it. "Who's up next!" Lune called.

"You're a screw-ball, Riezer!" Romelia called, laughing at her joke. "Plus, you've got to die sometime. Even I do."

Drake looked up at the fellow in the tree. "Just a feelling. and i was actually about to sign up to join the war with Arcadia." Drake felt stupid because after saying that he noticed he's heading away from the Capital so feeling the man would think he was lying he places his hand on the handle of his sword. "Is that a problem for you?"

Lost Memory,Utopia:

I walked around looking for anything that could help me,but alas it seemed as if nothing would help. That,plus everyone was looking at me weird. "Whatever." I muttered not really careing. I walked though out the area. Sighing I started to head to the next city/town over.

 

 

Roxas Manheart, Imperial City:

I laughed once again thinking about all the pain I was causeing Xion. "It's really great,too bad I'll have to kill her and all those other doofs in the war." I flashed a sneaky smile.

"Heh." He whispered. "Toying with them though her will be fun too~" I gave a sly smile.

"Like I said, I have tried to kill myself many differents times in many different ways. But somehow, I always survive due to my body being made of darkness itself. But enough about that, I don't think I can do this anymore." Riezer said walking towards Romelia. "You were a kid to me back when everything bad happened, but then there came that fateful day where I could see you as a lady. I fell in love with you, but then you ended up like this today leaving me behind in the shadows. I chased silly dreams, that never came true. Now I just, I can't do this anymore. I can't see you anymore. Whenever I do, your presences just tries to bring me back to those silly dreams. That is why I try to live the life I live here. But you always seem to find me." Riezer told her.

"That was probably because you're trying to kill yourself. It won't work as you're made of darkness. Make sense?" Romelia asked. "And I don't know. Maybe I'm just more intelligent than you. But you're still good. Maybe you'll be able to work your way up to my level, so we can both be powerful, okay?"

 

 

(Maria, Maple Forest)

 

That trekking made Maria very tired. She noticed someone in the trees, and some on the road. "What are they up to?" she asked herself.

Iuvenis sighed, bored out of his mind. He walked along a dirt path, alone.

This is so boring...a solo job..ergh...they know better then to send me alone! I'm horrible at fighting...why can't I just do domestic or reconnaissance?! Iuvenis thought, frustrated. The dirt path had become boring at this point, lacking anythign interesting beyond trees.

"Let's see..." Iuvenis muttered, taking out a leaflet. It was a mercenary quest, one having to do with....Elm Town?!  "You have got to be kidding me....how did I misread this?! I knew going here was too fishy." Iuvenis sighed, turning back the way he had come.

"Hmm, if you're signing up with Arcadia, then i'll stay my blade, but i'm warning you now, i've been authorized by our leaders to.....'take care' of traitors, so if you betray the Arcadian's, you'll die before you reach the boarder, just thought i'd give you the fair warning." said Patrox. You could tell by Patrox's voice that he wasn't a trusting person, and you could tell, above all else, that he meant what he said.
