How exactly do you unlock it?

I've completed all the dives for Sora and Riku at least twice. With some done more than twice. I farmed Fantasia's Dive with Riku like seven times which each time gave me about one million points.

Completing them repeatedly doesn't increase the score, you need a cumulative score of 7,500,000. As a rule, just aim for an gold rank in each dive, you should get it a bit before doing so in each dive.
As for how to get a gold rank, the trick is always the same: finish the dive in under one minute and fifteen seconds.

How do I get 7,500,000 in one dive then? I've got plenty of gold in Traverse Town for Sora and Fantasia for Riku.

You don't. You know how you got about a million in one dive? You need to get the final score of ALL of the dives to reach that, combined.

you don't need to have 7,500,000 in a dive...if you get all A in dive mode for all worlds for both Sora and Riku you'll get about 7,400,000...so then you'll just need to do one more dive and all completed

Not true. I got the trophy before getting gold on every mission. There are a lot of opportunities to get above a million on a dive, and there are fourteen dives so...

I did the same. But at that point you might as well go all the way and get gold rank for them all for the Divewing keyblade.

Ah. I see. It totals our highest score on each Dive together into one and if it's 7,500,000 or higher you'll get the trophy.

When I did A rank in all of them then I get that trophy. So try to get A rank, it's difficult in some Dives but if you practice you can do it.

I ended up getting it after I got the Keyblade you get for both Sora and Riku, then again I failed so many times in some of them and had to redo them, so it started to add up. And I didn't try going for the Keyblade until I beat the game.

I find it near impossible to get above a B rank on the battle dives, especially fighting Queen Buzzerfly as Sora. Man I wanted to tear my eyes out with her.

I was wondering about this trophy as well, and it's great to know the answer.
