KH2FM Limited Mushroom help

I'm trying to get the Limited Mushroom shield for Goofy in KH2FM. It says on the KH wiki that you need to satisfy on of the even mushrooms (Numbers 2,4,6,8,10, and 12) and if you satisfy one of them completely (Get S rank) you will obtain the Limited mushroom. Thing is, I satisfied the No. 4 mushroom about 4 times with an S rank and didn't get the Limited mushroom. It says you will get it 100% of the time if you get an S rank. What is wrong here?

    Don't go to KH wiki, mushrooms drop different things.
