The circus has always been a wonderful place. Full of cheers,magic and laughter. So many skits,so many animals,so many tricks. A magical experience for people of all ages. Traveling all over the globe. There is one part of the circus though,that has always been special. One filled with fear,disgust,amazement.

THE FREAK SHOW

People would be attracted by the sayings of misformed creatures,monsters that could only appear in your nightmares. Unhuman beings that have been 'captured',born the way that they are. Unhuman,creatures of hell...people would pay money to see them,and of course,we showed them. Some would be scared,others would be amazed,many would have to be escused out of the tent to vomit their lunch...after we presented our show,we would pack up and leave until the next year or two. But not without bringing with us a couple of 'suveniers'.

Some of our bests shows are starting to grow old,so what we do is pretty simple. Whenever you children come to our circus. We watch you as you enjoy the show. Within the time,we choose a few of you,the 'chosen ones' if you preffer. When you leave the show,we slightly follow you~ When you fall asleep. We kidnap you~ If you get lost from your parents,wonder off,or even come alone by yourself...we'll make you ours. From that night on,you belong with us. You will be a part of our family,our shows,especially,our FREAK SHOW. If you already have a talent,fantastic,if you don't,it won't matter anyways.

We will fix you up ourselves.

Our special doctors will be more than happy to experiment on your bodies. To make you part of our show...to make you part of our family.

Welcome to the Circus~

-*RESUME*-

The circus' most proud show is the FREAK SHOW. Where they show deformed,unhuman beings preforming and such. There's a secret of how they get most of these people. They kidnap them. Most of the preformers of the FREAK SHOW were born this way. Others were kidnapped children,who were later deformed by doctors to be part of the FREAK SHOW. You are extremely lucky.

-*CIRCUS LIFE*-

The circus life is not as easy as it looks. You are part of the show. You and the Circus travel around the world. Preforming for paying customers and attendees to the preformances. When settled down in a random area to rest,everyone lives around or inside the big tent. The staff sleep in trailers of their own. The preformers however,sleep in seperate small camping tents inside the big tent,or the steel cages in which they tend to travel in when they start out. Whicever they wish.

Fights and 'events' tend to occur in the circus itself. Fights,celebrations,even,at extremely rare cases,funerals. Including escape attempts of preformers. Those who try to escape will be either KILLED or CAPTURED BACK. Depends if they give in easily or not. But if they are captured back,they WILL BE PUNISHED. Either by WHIPPING,no supper for a week,or the most popular method,POURING ACID AT THEIR FACES. Don't worry. We give you a choice.

When traveling,there are endless ways of travel for the circus. From basic carriges and trailers,to private aircrafts,even cruises that are willing to let us hitch a ride if we give the public some entretaiment. Anything to show off our ways~

When traveling on carriges. New members will stay in a cage all the ride on our way. But are free to talk to neighboring members walking by the carriges. It will take atleast a week before you're free to walk without making sure you'll escape. If you behave badly,you WILL be locked up again. We love you,that is why we do this~

We don't like police. They are our worst enemy. We don't want to get caught doing this. So if we happen to see police around,do be ready to pack everything in a minute so we can get the heck out of there.

The ground and basic traveling system consists of: Carriges pulledby horses,Trailers,and cars.

The circus composes itself of:

-The Freak Show (The main attraction)

-The Animal tamers and their animals

-Special Preformers (They have special preformances of their own)

-The doctors (These are the lovely people that cure and deform you )

-The Ringmaster (The boss)

-The mantenience staff (They keep guard,clean after the show,drive,and make sure everything goes smoothly and that the rules are followed)

-Bio: Alexander Pheles is the younger brother of Mephisto Pheles. The two of them are sons of Madusa,a witch,and Mephisto Pheles,a necromancer. Alexander was never a popular kid in school,as he was born with a black and blood red eye. He would always be bullied and insulted. Mephisto,his brother,could deal with it. But Alexander couldn't. At one point he ran away from home and joined the circus. In the circus he worked different type of jobs,one of them was to make food for the circus' freak show. This is when he finally decided on what was he gonna do with his life.

He would create a magnificent circus to call his own. He returned home after years and was accepted back by his parents,where he asked them to teach him in the dark arts,which they agreed. Ever since he has created the Freak Show Circus,looking for the most messed up and willingly and unwillingly preformers to join When he found it difficult to find borned freaks to join his circus. Dr.Fraken Stein suggested him a very disturbing idea. Kidnapping and deforming children,making them join. An idea he loved and proceeded to make it a tradition for his 'family'. He travels around the world,kidnnapping,deforming,preforming.

Bio: At a younger age, Zephak (At the time, was called Adam) was taken unwillignly, -though lovingly by the Doctors- and was tested with an experimental serum, one that could allow a person to condense molecules into actual objects, like ice of fire. A magic show, to please the children. But this serum had an unforseen, yet pleasing, side effect. Adam went mad, soon, he became one of the eldest in the Circus, and resorted to maniacal ways, finding humor in other's misfortune. He is feared among many.

Willingly or by force): he was taken from his home when he was 14 years of age and was deformed by the circus doctors, however, after he was deformed, he gained strength, speed, agility, ferocity and survival traits of all the animals that now make his shape, he is kept under constant surveillance as a result, but still has his right to choose, as the other members of the freak show

Bio: Used to be a special performer, the ringmaster trusted her enough to be maintenance staff to guard the cages everyday. Kathie have dark wings tucked inside her black dress just in case if someone tries to escape and can cause pain for a limited time by just thinking. She carries twin pistols with her with special bullets for the freak show. Kathie cannot betray the ringmaster because even if she manged to escape, there would be no where to go back to. Her parents only loved her successful brother, and brought Kathie to the circus only because her brother insisted. After she got kidnapped, Kathie expected her parents to miss her but they didn't even report her missing to the police.

Naturally, he won't be smiling as much.

 

 

Bio: Another casual visitor to the circus, unknowing of what would happen. Though he is quick on his feet as well with his mind, he still was captured and tested on, tough his new form isn't as bad as the others he would soon see. Along with a new set of ears (And tail too) Skye get power's similar to Zaphak's, and will be put to work as an entertainer alongside the mad clown. It will be a fun sight for the hapless visitors to the dear circus, but for Skye, it only makes him loathe everything even more.

 

This will be my second character, I wanted to put this up before the circus went into full swing.

I do have a question, if we're getting deformed later on, will we have to capture our own character for the circus? Or will something else happen to cause their disappearance?

That is a very good question. It's all your choice of what you want to happen. Either he gets sidetracked around the circus and gets leaded into a trap,where there he gets captured. Or he returns home,and your freak character is sent to capture him on the way home or while he sleeps. Leaving him to be missing the next day morning or that night on.
