pre-ordered at bestbuy walked into the store they didnt have any avalible after I pre-ordered mine a month in advance so there was one avalible like 45 minutes from where I live so the guy called them and they were selling it as we speak I made the guy ask if anyone preordered the copy at the bestbuy 45 minutes away he said no. How the hell is there a copy 45 minutes away and not one at my bestbuy after I pre-ordered it now I gotta wait one week to get my copy after I bough it online thanks bestbuy alot you guys screwed up once again. I even had the reciept and everything dont pre-order anything at bestbuy.

Wow, you need to understand that sometimes things like this happen when there are a lot of pre orders of something. Did you actually pre order in store and ask to do an in-store pickup? Also, at least you'll still get one, you'll just have to wait a few more days. Be patient.

Well just casue they screw up your order doesn't mean anybody should order from them again. Mistakes happen, it just happened to be your game they screwed up. I can undestnad your anger tho, waiting 1 month for the game only to realize you gotta wait another week. Sucks man

Yea I did pre-order instore and ask for instore pickup just warning people dont use bestbuy a co worker even came by and said another fail from bestbuy.

I think there's something wrong with the Mark of Mastery Edition ..there are many complaints about it..sudden out of stock, lack of AR cards, etc..

I'm sure it wasn't on purpose. They want to keep your business. I've preordered tons of games at BestBuy and I've never had a problem, so it's probably not a common thing for them to mess up.

And you waiting another week isn't the end of the world. It's a video game. Just sayin'

Sorry, I assumed it was a problem for you because you came across as extremely angry about having to wait another week.

Anyway, accidents happen. Like I said, I've preordered at least 8 games there, and I've never had a problem, nor do I know anyone else who has. So I'm sure it probably won't happen again if you order another game from them. (:

This is why I always pre-order at least 2 weeks before the game comes out because of things like this.

Actually, I and a bunch of people I know in person have never had much trouble with Best Buy except for pre orders like this. I'm sure it's just because of the high demand for the MoM Edition. This is also why I didn't go ahead and pre order a copy xD

the guy at the store said that there were twelve people pre ordering black ops and only eight came maybe its only in the Arizona areas but this seems to happen alot according to a co worker who after told me Im better off pre ordering at gamestop lol.

I pre-ordered online from them for my MoM edition and apparantly they screwed up and put out way too many pre-orders. They said here is no guarentee I'll get a copy because they don't know if they're getting more.

The same thing happened to me at Futureshop (I preordered a regular edition there just in case Gamestop screwed up my Mark of Mastery edition, which they did). I didn't get my 3DS case and I haven't opened it yet to see if the AR cards are inside since there is a sticker on the front that there are "Limited Edition AR cards included". When I told them about the 3DS case they were like "Are you sure?" since it was only mentioned one week so I had no proof. Luckily the guy believed me and will call me when they get it in (which I doubt they will) lol
