Well...I'd actually struggled with it a lot. First I just didn't want to be anything so I slipped into Athiest. However my opinion changed when my great-grandpa, my mentor, was dying. He'd served God his whole life, and as he was going he closed his eyes and said 'It's so beautiful...I can see it...' Then he was gone. After that I've heard about a thousand stories as such. I decided that it was time for me to get on track. (I mean interpret it as you see it, but really how I saw it was I was completly lost.) First I looked for it with the Catholic Church, then the Lutheran Church, then the Methodists, I even went LDS for five months, but now I'm Baptist and I feel more at home being in the church my Great-Grandpa was in. As someone who is about to go to war, I feel it's very important to keep close contact with God, and I'm trying to do what he wants. It's going well too. I'd also like to say that I believe strongly in the bible, but I don't judge. You'll never hear me condemn anyone, because everyone has the God given right to choose what they want to do, and sometimes we Christians forget that. I mean...I'm not perfect. Far from it. I cuss, I fight, and shoot I plan on getting my ass wasted as soon as I turn 21. I just feel that if it's wrong, I'll ask forgiveness, and recieve it. Because God is a loving God.

Well that's my ten cents anyway.

I really don't feel I fit into a "religion", but if I were to chose one, it'd be Apathetic Agnosticism. This is, of course, based on a very brief overview I read on Wikipedia, so yeah: Apathetic agnosticism (also called pragmatic agnosticism) acknowledges that any amount of debate can neither prove, nor disprove, the existence of one or more deities, and if one or more deities exist, they do not appear to be concerned about the fate of humans. Therefore, their existence has little impact on personal human affairs and should be of little theological interest.

Pretty much how I am. I believe in Jesus, that he died, rose again on the 3rd day, and is the savior. I believe he will come back at the end. I believe in a personal relationship with God, and Jesus. I don't like religion because of the rules that are made that aren't rules that really have anything to do with anything.

I'm an Odinist. Yeah that's exactly how it sounds; I worship the old Nordic pantheon. Some may refer to me as a Paegan. Not being raised with any sort of religious views, there was a point in my life were I needed something to believe in, and put my faith in. Old World religions have always fascinated me, Nordic being the most interesting. There is a code of rules to live by, much like the commandments (some of them are even the same) and I related to them and found it was something I could live my life by. I have read the equivalent of the Nordic bible; the creation mythos etc. I find that I love that there is humour in most of the stories, and that the gods themselves don't take themselves seriously.

I suppose I follow it more as a spiritual thing, less of a "There is only the Nordic gods, and those are the ones that have always existed and always will."

I was christened catholic at the age of 5 because no primary school would accept me without a religion (my mother didn't want to christen me or my sister, she herself wasn't and she thinks Religion is the root of all evil since so many fights start over it). I don't practice the religion though, and have gone to other churches (like orthodox, protestant etc)
If i would say i'm anything, i'd say Pagan, cause they have a simple rule "Do what you will as long as you harm none"
But when you say you're a pagan people think you're a crazy closet witch.

I honestly don't know what I am. I believe in many spiritual things and yes, I believe God exists just as much as the Greek gods and goddesses exist. I'm not the kind of person who's devout and would dedicate my life to any deity because I also believe in freedom and I really don't like the idea of an omnipotent being controlling my fate. But there's something so magical in religion and mythology so thinking it applies to the reality of life makes everything seem a bit more special.

you wrote this 1 month ago but well just wanted to say that i believe thus: Noone really controls your fate in my opinion. God just knows what youll do without interfering. Also im not the guy who likes goin to church ( kinda boring lolz ). One last thing: once i was worryin about smthin too much, and then i just rly prayed to happen. Ya know what happened 3 seconds later? my wish came true im not jking. i doubt it was a coincidence. Thats why i believe god knows what you will do ( since the thing that happened would actually happen if if i didnt pray, smone could say ). Thats just an opinion ofc
