In the human world called Assiah, there is a school called True Cross Academy, where many students go to learn so that they may become things like doctors or chefs. However, using a special key on any door, there is a school within the school that some people go to called Cram School, where they take lessons on becoming exorcists, which are warriors who protect people from demons who have become a nuisance. Even demon/human hybrids have been known to attend the school and become exorcists, for only some demons mean harm, not all. Humans usually attend the school if they were attacked by a demon, (when attacked by a demon, a human then gains the ability to see demons, as demons are invisible to most humans) and seek revenge. Others attend the school simply because being an exorcist already runs in the family. Will you be an experienced exorcist ready to fight, a student trying to become strong, or will you be an evil demon from the world of Gehenna on the side of Satan himself?

 

Class of Exorcists:

 

Knight: people who use demon swords to fight (each having their own unique abilities), and a high ranking knight exorcist is known to be very skilled and powerful

 

Tamer: people who use magic circles (either drawn on the spot, placed on paper they carry on hand, or tattooed on their bodies) to summon demon familiars to fight with/for them. When their blood is placed on the circle, the demon appears to help them in battle. There are a small amount of people who have the willpower to tame demon familiars, and once the summoner loses that willpower, the demons will turn against them and attack. Also if the circle is broken, the demon disappears

 

Dragoon: Dragoons use guns to battle their foes, and their weapon selection ranges from pistols to rifles and machine guns. They are also known to have holy water bombs on hand

 

Aria: Many demons have weak points known as a "Fatal Verse", in which an exorcist recites a specific passage from holy scripts that causes their death. An Aria fights by finding a demon's "Fatal Verse" and recites holy texts effectively, ranging from the Bible to other holy scriptures. Arias must have a talent in memorizing, however they are completely defenseless; as soon as they begin to recite the demon's "Fatal Verse", the demon will attack the meister to stop the recital, which is why they work better in groups

 

Doctor: people who are skilled at treating wounds effectively, for humans attacked by demons and come in contact with things like their blood, get severely sick and if left untreated, would die within minutes (demon/human hybrids have been known to be unaffected by this)

•You can be a teacher, student, an exorcist working food the True Cross Order, a freelance exorcist (as in not working for the True Cross order of Exorcists) or a demon if you wish,

•Prior knowledge to the anime/manga of Ao No Exorcist is reccomended, but not required

•Possesion may be allowed with the consent of the other person

•You can have as many characters as you wish, provided you keep track of them all

Now that he could see demons, the Church offered him a chance to attend the True Cross Academy, so that he could go to cram school. And feeling as if he had a debt to repay, accepted the offer. He does not yet have the ability to summon, as he has not attended the school for the first time yet

Weapon: None, except for the pieces of paper with the magic summoning circle that will be lent to him when he attends the academy

Oh and my character is eventually going to strive to be a Tamer, although he is a student right now (also called a Page if you wanna get technical with the anime/manga)

And Sampson only summons his summon called Leviathon only when needed and doesn't keep Leviathon around all the time (although tamers can keep the summon with them as long as they want, provided the magic circle used to summon them is intact)

Leviathon can change sizes, from small to a pretty large size, has lightning/thunder powers and can be used for transportation.

When Zander was 13 a demon possessed his father and that demon made Zander's dad kill his mother, and baby sister. Then the demon tried to take the life off Zander when a member of True Cross came through and killed Zander's father.

 

Zander then grew up at True Cross Academy and during his Junior year (when he was 18) a Demon started attacking the academy. Killing some of the students. Zander grabbed a fallen Cram students sword and he picked it up. His hands and the blade itself burst into flames as Zander used it to take out the demons. But Zander got kicked out and blamed for the damage done to the school. Now Zander is stuck in the shop defending the area.

He went in, and after a few hours of avoiding and falling into traps, he managed to survive the throne room of the temple. There, he saw the sword stuck in a throne. When he touched it, he was changed. He now had a mark of contract on his lower body. He now had a mixture of demon energy and the sword was in his hand. He was surprised that such a sword would choose him. But now he was another step closer to killing Satan. After a few years, at the age of 17, he mastered some of the techniques of the sword. He noticed that he and the sword were in sync, somewhat. He now, at the age of 19, calls himself an Ex-Exorcist. He says this because exorcising a demon doesn't destroy it completely. He now has the power to do so. He now calls himself a Demon Slayer. He is by his lonesome, with a friend that he met in a village.

Weapon: Senkai-Ryoukyu - A sword that was stored in an underground temple. It's said to be an unknown sword and only answers to the weilder it chooses. A clan called Senkai were a group of elite Exorcists. When they exorcised, they caught some of the demon energy and sealed it inside the sword called Ryoukyu. There were about 500 in this clan and this started from 480 BC - 1985. The clan is now near extinct, but the sword gained the power of killing a demon instead of exorcising it. The sword gives a mark of contract on the accepted wielder thus making them immune to the blue flames that Satan uses and grants a physical change to that of a demon, thus making the wielder very powerful. This sword is hunted by many, thus making the wielder of it a target.
