Amazon.co.jp have announced the release for the fifth volume of the Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days manga series. It will be released on August 22, 2012 for the price ￥440 (approximately US$5.52). You can read all of the 358/2 Days manga available in English at our gallery. Thanks to aibo_ac7 and ArikaMiz for the tip. Update: Shiro Amano, the creator of the Kingdom Hearts manga series, has Tweeted that Volume 5 of the 358/2 Days manga will most likely be delayed until September. Checking the Amazon.co.jp listing, we can see that the planned release date of the volume is now September 22, 2012. Thanks to Rob from KH13 for the find.

Rob, they haven't started coded, Birth by Sleep or Kingdom Hearts 3D yet. As it is they never even finished Kingdom Hearts II. Their pretty slack to be honest.

Nah, their not. You're thinking of the game novels. Which you can find in the books section of our gallery. As for the game novels they did do coded but as Re:coded.

So far with the manga they've finished Kingdom Hearts and Chain of Memories. They stopped Kingdom Hearts II after volume 5 and it's still yet to be finished. While I believe 358/2 Days volume 5 might finally finish the 358/2 Days manga.
