2009: uniforms for k-4
2010: uniforms for k-6
2011: uniforms for k-8
2012: uniforms for k-12
The very first year they sent out exemption forms. Pretty much everyone signed one and all the kids wore whatever they wanted.
The district said it was an “overwhelming success.” Yeah, the website had a principal posing with 3 students in uniform…
I don’t know if anyone even remembers the uniforms now.

Our district passed a uniform policy as such.
2009: uniforms for k-4

2011: uniforms for k-8
2012: uniforms for k-12

I don't mind our uniforms though, they're pretty comfortable and relaxing.

At my school yes. For Highschool Girl uniform it's a white shirt with the school emblem on the left shoulder,a long plaid skirt that has to be under the knee,a marine blue blazer/jacket,the shoes must be black, the socks must be either white or marine blue and must be visible so that the teahcers know that you're wearing socks...in Jean Day,where we get to go in casual clothing. There must be no sleveless shirt,no sandals,no shorts,no showing skin unless it's your arms and head.
SAY WHAT?
That's why I hate uniforms.
They won't let originality act.
