Could past members marluxia,larxene, luxord, and demyx return either as humans or even their nobody in a new kingdom hearts game like Even and the others returned.

Past Organization members return as wholes.
But we have no idea what they would be up to, either they will join the good or the bad, or be neutral.
again, KH3 will have answers...

But it's up to Nomura to include them again or not. I mean, it'd be very nice to see Demyx and the rest again.
We'll just have to wait and see what happens in the future Kingdom Hearts. (:

They can only come back if their heartless form was defeated too. Sora is the only Exception to that rule.

if they do, it would probably be as a minor character or a cameo thing. like sora and co visit one of there home worlds and passes them on the streat or something.
