I get that Square could make KH the KH story go on forever but its only a matter of time before they run of of Disney worlds that are good i mean if they make it go on for much longer then they'll have to reuse ones that were already used too many times. And also if it did go on do you think that it would be good ever time it came out or do you think that it would get ruined after a while

That's half good and that's half not but Kingdom Hearts is like a real life video game manga/anime that we can actually play into for the very first time and i hope Kingdom Hearts will go on for as long as it can.

They are many worlds used over and over already ( hello agrabah and Olympus Coliseum especially ) Plus there are plenty Disney movies not used yet and original worlds like HB/RG and TWTNW that are examples of fun worlds that can be made up but still relevant ... It will last as long as SE wants it too.

Well, there are still alot of unused worlds and it can go on as long as Nomura wants it too.

We'll have to organize a fangirl march to Nomura's home to make it last forever.

I will be totally satisfied if Nomura ends KH in the next saga. I don't want it to be like Final Fantasy, but with an actual story.

personally after KH3 i dont see it going for very long without a new major plot. only one i can think of is restoring the worlds to the one giant world they used to be before they all split apart. anything else i couldnt see working very good and would be outshined by the current largely important storyline.

they could possibly keep it going for 2 more console games after 3 but not much longer after that ESPECIALY if they make a lot of mobile releases like what has been already done, granted i like the story and all and they make the game more complex but their is such a thing as too much.

I would like it to end eventually. I kind of got nervous when TN announced that KH3 will be the end of the Xehanort saga, which implies that the saga is gonna keep going. Dragging things out forever is never a good idea.

Disney makes a new animated film per year.
Pixar makes a new year.
Plus the odd live action film that's actually viable.

A KH game takes 2-3 years to make.
Side story games don't have new Disney worlds.

I think it adds up to there being a steady enough supply of new material.

Hopefully we'll get a Light-based anti-villain trying to undo Xehanort's damage by spreading excess Light throughout the Worlds and destroying Darkness. You know, a complete 180 of what Xehanort wanted.
