Jim Gibson blew out a breath as he sailed through the air of Washington DC. His body was surrounded by a glowing blue aura and left a slight blue trail behind him. He was excited about being on the Justice League. He was going to go for the Titans, but Hal Jordon had suggested that it would be better for him if he came to the League.
He swooped and came in for a landing at the Hall of Justice. He walked in. That was one of the greatest thing about the ring, for Jim. When he wore it, he could walk. He went through the building, got his identity confirmed by the computer and into a meeting area. He was told to wait here for now. He knew about the Watchtower, the moon base of the League sense he had flown past it on his way back from training with the Blue Lantern Corps, but he didn't mind to wait here. He'd be ready for what ever.
{Crow}
"Let's see." Crow rasped. "How bad a boy have you been?"
The tied up man he held dangling off the side of a roof tried to yell through a gag.
"You've been using a diplomats immunity and such with your authority as a cop to move drugs, guns and what ever garbage you want, am I right?"
The man shook his head. Crow let him slip a little.
"Am I right?" He repeated.
The man nodded furiously.
"Good." Crow said as he pulled the man up. "I'd tell the cops coming for you about your bad habits. I'll deal with your diplomat friend."
The corrupt cop made said something that sounded like "immunity." Crow laughed.

"Only on paper." He said and disappeared.
