Today on June 6th, 1944 Thousands of American, British, and Canadian soldiers stormed the beaches of Normandy France to liberate western Europe from Nazi oppression.




Basically, the guys in this picture are the reason why you Europeans aren't speaking German right now. Other than you Germans, who weren't all douchebags in WWII.

So, you guys should totally stop calling Americans fat, saying Brits have bad teeth, or that Canadians are...whatever you people call Canadians.

It is a joyous occasion as D-Day was the beginning of the end for the Nazi's but, due to the sacrifice needed to make it happen it isn't something your exactly supposed to celebrate.

The nazis didn't get to Spain, if they wanted to conquer us they would have to conquer Spain first.

And Hitler supported Salazar, he wasn't going to invade us.

And Salazar only helped the allies because of England's ultimatum in the beggining of the 20th century.

I say that it was a smart move of his, because if he only helped the nazis, the allies would have attacked us.

Since we helped both, we weren't attacked.
