Benjamin Diskin, since people actually say it sounds like him (and I haven't seen any evidence for Hank Matthews?).

It seems most likely Benjamin and least likely David since it doesnt sound like him or the voice he did for the character in BBS

David Gallagher is totally more suited than Ben Diskin at playing YMX because David's voice is the sexiest thing alive and he makes evil sexier than usual with just his voice.
