Here's where they announced it and what AR cards you get with it, in-case some of you were wondering. Guess it's all of them. (with the 360 viewing stand counted as one)

And guys, wait a littlebit for where to pre-order, it was announced only 40 minutes ago, you have to give the retailers a bit of time to put the pages up and put the edition into their databases

One AR Card allows you to obtain one of three rare dream-eaters (Sudo Neku, Meowjesty or Ursa Circus, the other two can still be obtained, but it has to be by getting rare matierals in-game/streetpass), then there's Fruit Cat, Vacation Seal and Rhinoceros Beetle which each have their own AR Cards, so that comes to a total of 4 AR Cards, so it seems it includes all of them and one that hasn't been revealed yet.

I think the camera picks up a specific colour pattern to tell them all apart from one another, so it basically tells them all apart by the image on the card.

Or did I misunderstand the question? If I think what you're trying to ask, you can only use the same card once. The game wont let you have more than one of the same rare dream-eater unless you release/lose your other one in-game.

the other AR card is so you can look at your dream eaters in a 360 degress and Fruit Cat, Vacation Seal and Rhinoceros Beetle got there english names Frootz Cat, R&R Seal and Kab Kannon respectivly.

Yes this is exactly what I have been waiting for and I'm so glad it dosen't come with a 3DS becuase I already have that, now if they have a bundle with a 3DS in it I can tell my cousin and he can get it as well, I am so glad I waited to pre-order, becuae now I can actually get something thats a bundle related Kingdom Hearts thing becuase I couldn't before because the system came with it and I already had the system wooohh can't wait for this July 31st!!! and I'm sure EUR will get this as well, becuase Nomura wants to do something for the other regions as well, lol and this is just like the 10th Anniversary Box that Japan got, only we get the AR cards and not Days and Re:coded, so sweet!!!

I'm in no hurry to pre-order my copy of the game because I know my local gamestop will have one for me as on countless times they tell me I am like the only one that asks them stuff about the game so I can live without a special edition. I never said Europe was getting it, I just hoped we would get at least something for the anniversary. Actually all I heard was whining that America was getting the game after everyone else when the release dates were announced like it was something we did purposely. But now all is forgotten because look SEoA are giving you guys something, *party* enjoy it and what not.
Special Editions are nice to have for any game especially Kingdom Hearts ones so you can understand why I can stay hopeful.

I bet that we in Europe won´t get anything since we have the game first : D Shame, but still even if they did this in EU as well I don´t think I´d buy it, it would cost too much and I still don´t have the 3DS.

No i dont think YOU are understanding what im posting . Read again . I said you dont even know if you are or not implying that its definitely possible you still ARE .And yes you are whining . Secondly , there were wayyyy more NA peeps saying congrats about the release date than complaining ( including me ). ... So posting that comment was unneccessary.
