Reapers have been living along side humans on our earth for hundreds of years. The only humans that know about the reaper's existence are the members of Reaper Control and Restraint, or RCR. Rcr is an underground branch of the government tasked to lock up dangerous or uncontrollable reapers. Some come peacefully and other don't. Either way once they are captured they are taken to a seceret prision held on an unknown island in the Pacific Ocean, after years of being locked up with their own kind a new more powerful breed of reaper's were born. These reapers were called pure bloods and had unimaginable powers. On a relatively peaceful night, all of the pure blood children dissapeared without a trace, thinking the children had either drown in the ocean or were eating by the wild creatures living on the island, the guards quickly gave up the search. 10 years later in Tokyo one of the children had been spotted and the desperate search for them began all over again, until a letter turned up on the leader of RcR's desk.
Humans,
As you have noticed, we have escaped your hellish island, we are angry, we are coming for you. Prepare yourselves humans we are much more deadly than our inferior parents. In the next few hours you will experience the wrath of our rage. Your petty weapons will be useless against us, prepare to die humans.

Bio: Despite Asch's grim appearance, he is acutally more kind, cheery, and happy than one might think. He is also extremely resentful of both the RCR and his fellow PureBloods. His hates the RCR for their unfair treatment, yet feels his fellows are taking this vengeance a bit too drastic. Mainly happy to have escaped the RCR prison, Asch strangely does have an affection towards humans, even with the treatment given to him.

Ability: Utilizes electricty and energy to his own needs.

Weapon: Uses a electric-based bow as his main weapon.
