Is Joshua stronger than Young Xehanort? Joshua's role in TWEWY leads me to believe that he is more powerful than Xehanort.

You have to remember that worlds have rules for example, Port Royal. Im don't know the story of Traverse Town so I can't say if TWEWY characters are bound by the rules of that world or the one they came from. But, Joshua may only be a greater entity in that world and not the others. just my $0.02.

The thing is joshua has to lower his frequency, which in turn lowers his power level, in order to be on the plane sora and neku are on (sorry if I'm not using the right termonlogy I lost my game a little while ago so I can't use it as a refrence, but if you played the game you should now what i'm talking about) . Xehanort doesn't have to do that.
I think it's really a toss up.

not really. Plus, CAT's artwork is in Traverse's Town. So, technically he is indirectly in kh3d through his artwork.

According to this, the producer is at the same level of power as the composer.

The Producer is from the Realm of Angels, a plane above UG. The Composer is not able to contact Angels, except for the chosen producer.

Wiki sites are not a good source to cites.

What does the composer not being able to contact angels have anything to do with them having the same power level. Also it is quiet possible the composer is at the same frequency as the angel since he has to lower his frequency in order to appear normal to neku and co, just like Mr. h has too.

According to these, I guess there's a debate about who's stronger, the composer or the producer.
