At the Nintendo Direct event today, it was revealed that the Nintendo 3DS will soon be able to download and install patches for games. One of the games to be patched will be Kingdom Hearts 3D [Dream Drop Distance], which suffers from some unfortunate bugs. The firmware update that allows patching will release on April 25, 2012, where the Kingdom Hearts 3D patch is set to arrive sometime after that.

This will be really good for future game with problems, i knwo that problems occur with Wii and Play Station genre games have prooblems, the 3DS is no different.
There was Skyward Sword and its non-progression glitch, and Nintendo introduced a patch like thing on the wii shop

Small? It doesn't allow you to progress further in the game, I'd say that's more than just a small glitch :/

I think it's more to patch up bugs and glitches rather than add more content, so yeah, Kid Icarus Uprising probably wont get one

Yeah if the glitch happens to you, its big
But its one spot in one time/ one thing so its a small window in which you can get the glitch.

I am so glad they are fixing the glitch. Can you imagine not be able to progress any further in the game? It's like the game created a nightmare for the players.

Awesome news, so it means DLC is possible, we might get some DLCs for it and will be called 'Final Mix' DLC.. anyone? xD
