I pointed that out also when I found out that Asami's mom got killed by a firebender to my brother...

I think its that guy who Aang fought (forgot the name) that threatened and attacked Republic City.

I think his name was Yakone. And now Korra's had two 'flashback' things to her past life as Aang that I think are both related to this Yakone guy.

Anywho, I squealed like a little fangirl when Korra and Mako kissed. But the romance is kinda rushed.. wished they let their friendships develop a bit more. Oh well Makorra ftw. Poor Bolin...laughed so hard at the way he cried though.

Yeah, I agree with you completely on that one. I didn't like how things were rushed. /:

yeahhh I really wish instead of each season being short 12-14 episodes they were about 26ish. It's really rather short, but I understand why they're so short with it originally just being a miniseries of only one season. They weren't going to even have another until they realized how big the fanbase was. XD

But overall I feel like if the seasons were longer they would be able to stretch out and develop relationships and other things a whole more, however I do think it's alright the way they're playing it out. It's not perfect and not what I'd prefer, but I'm still highly satisfied with the series as a whole overall.

I'm still somewhat interested in how they'll play out the bender vs non-bender thing in the end. I'm still at a loss on how they'll bring "peace to the world," if they'll even do that by the end of the season.

It'll probably take 2 seasons to bring peace. But supposedly Amon will be defeated by the end of the first season. Idk how that's gonna work out, it doesn't seem like there's enough time for Korra to beat him.

I believe Tarrlok is amon. First reason being in episode 8 he did blood-bending even though there wasn't a full moon. Now when Amon takes a person bending away he only touches a person forehead yet Aang touches both the forehead and the heart. Located at the forehead is one of the seven chakras. This chakras is blocked by Illusion such as Illusion of not bending able to bend. So with a little blood-bending Tarrlok could makes 1 believe they can no longer bend, or use it to block that chakra thus blocking the person energy from flowing. Another reason is that in episode 8 korra had another vision which we seen only happen when she is near Amon. This could just be a coincidence, but it might just not be.
