This probably just means that Ansem's disciples, assistants whatever, were already in leagues with Xehanort by this time. If that's the case, then it was probably already made clear that Ventus would be a key player in one of the 'paths' that Xehanort could take. It's also possible that Xehanort promised immortality to the assistants and Even was told he would get Ventus' body.

Even is not magical to tell that he and Ven would see each other again. He just had a feeling that he and the boy would run into each other again further down the line, more than likely because Ventus took out two rounds of Unversed IN FRONT OF THE GUY.

Well it's a theory. Nothing more and nothing less. But, Braig knew who Xehanort was, who's to say that the others also didn't know who he was as well. Maybe they're just better at hiding their emotions you never know. And yes, the bit with Even being promised Ventus' body is a bit out there, but still, it's possible. I'm not saying it's definitely what happened, but it's a possibility.

it's a hint by Nomura that they're gonna have something to do with eachother in the future. maybe in KH:DDD something is gonna happen.

Braig knew about Xehanort (terranort) because he was already allied with Master Xehanort. He obviously knew his plans thats why in Blank Points he asks Xehanort if he was Terra.
