This was pretty much a c/p from a gamefaqs post >.> I found it pretty interesting.
it was pretty much more theories supporting Isanort.

~Summary~

The "coincidences"...

1st The General Age/Appearance
2nd The Saix-Xehanort Connection
3rd BbS's MF having Saix's model, and Nomura saying that they are the same person (MF & YMX)
4th Nomura intentionally avoiding saying "who" MF is
5th Lea wondering where Isa is
6th Them showing up together in the image (2nd Image)
7th The fact that Xehanort has taken over a body before
8th It would make what YMX said to Sora about "Hearts other than your own" make more since

Just a lot of "coincidence" that supports the fact that MF could be Isa with MX controlling him

I'm all in favor of it.

- Fact: Isa has a connection to Xehanort.
- Fact: Isa didn't revive alongside the others, even though Lea clearly thinks he should have.
- Fact: Isa is the only one of the original eight members we haven't seen so far.

- Opinion: Youngnort looks incredibly like him.

This is why the Lea/Isa friendship was introduced in Days. This is why they appeared in BBS. It was all setting this up.

Yes yes it does..The pieces all fit and it especially explains why Lea/Axel and MF(Isa) would be key characters.

Its probable.. but why would he be so loyal to Xehanort after planning a coup with axel during their the organization. The "Things" Xehanort did to Isa has been mentioned but its never been confirmed. The X on Saix's forhead could of been his choice showing his support to the organization? I know Xemmnas was using what he remembers from MX is the X which he could of drew on Isa/Saix. But why would Isa be one of the roads MX kept available?? I dont think we would be getting these answers or atleast some of them in KH3D..

I think although this argument is very strong, I think it's hard to overlook that it may just be Young Xehanort. If you imagine a younger form of Xehanort, I think that's what I would see. The facial structure is about as close as we would think Isa's is. Also, I don't remember if Terra's eye color changed when he was taken over by Xehanort, but the mysterious figure's eyes are identical to the original Xehanorts, and have no real changes. All I'm saying, I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to somehow just to be a Young MX.

Well We know he experimented on all of them but did something obviously different with Braig and Isa hence the eyes and ears .For whatever reason id say Isa made a good 'vessel' or choice with whatever AX had in mind. It was said he planted many seeds lol. This process(although done while he was human ) probably took affect when Saix was destroyed and it altered Isas return. Which is why he didnt awaken in the lab with Lea..Since it affected him after his nobody was killed and not during the time he was a nobody he didnt have to be aligned with Xemnas..Maybe Axel and Saix wanted to take over bc they hated him for losing their hearts/ experimenting on them.

Terras eyes were blue. Also if this is Isa, having a piece of Axs heart to possess him would cause the eyes to turn just like Terras did..It very well still could be a YMX but i think the possibility of this being Isa is pretty strong

Only problem I see with this is that MF is to young looking to be Isa because he would have come back as an adult like Lea. But Nomura is known for using red herrings like that. Also your theory could be the reason why Saix was 2nd in command even though Xigbar had been working with Xemnas since they were human.
