Days has the most well developed story and best script in the series.

Seriously it had the best paced story. They showed as much detail and developed it in almost every day. If you only do the mandatory missions it's not so repetitive.
It also has the most tragic and touching story.

The things they learn and the things that happen are never the same.Except for the fact that the same shit happens everyday.

However I must admit the same, it was quite repetitive way to tell a story with the days system + the fact that they send you to different worlds with the same mission objectives.
- "Defeat the giant heartless"
- "Collect the organisation badges to prove your fitness...etc"
- "perform recon"

BBS had some pretty underdeveloped dialogue and characters were kinda underdeveloped if you ask me.You mean excluding Birth By Sleep, Kingdom Hearts I and Chain Of Memories right???
KH1 and COM were ok. I never liked COM's story for some reason.
also here we come

Out of all the games i see days gameplay to be the weakest--- and u wont really progress through the story without the gameplay.
So i must hope they revive this game someday on another console that has better performance options and can with that afford a more fun/interesting form of gameplay.
Sigh... but i must admit that having to fight the final boss over again with better sound and graphics would only make me more sad...

LOL, I loved the story. But the way the story was told, I found was interestingly told in "days" (i.e. chapters).
However I must admit the same, it was quite repetitive way to tell a story with the days system + the fact that they send you to different worlds with the same mission objectives. And yes I do hope they make a proper remaster of this for a future console. It'll be so awesome to replay
- "Defeat the giant heartless"
- "Collect the organisation badges to prove your fitness...etc"
- "perform recon"
Spoilerin full HD glory with proper sharp character models rather than the pixelated character models in KHdays.
I agree, so far Days is the only game in the series that hasn't had a remaster...they could remaster it for the 3DS and add more story details

Birth By Sleep tied up a lot of lose ends in my opinion and the characters weren't underdeveloped except for maybe Vanitas???
And without KHI you wouldn't have any of the other games so everyone's argument is invalid/shot
Days didn't really...
add
to the story and plot of Kingdom Hearts
at all
except for just finding out what Roxas did before KH2
So Days is mediocre at best, story wise because it didn't add anything.
Unless they throw in some weird shit in upcoming games that'll make Days important, it's very bleh for now.

I agree that it wasn't much important to other games, but it was the best on its own.

On it's own, it's about friends and how their shit gets firetrucked up.
uh.
Which doesn't sound good to me at all tbh.
But to each their own.

That's a bad sum up of the story. On it's own, it's about friends and how their shit gets firetrucked up.
uh.
Which doesn't sound good to me at all tbh.
But to each their own.
It's a tragic soap opera thing.
Yeah.
...
The point is it got to its Climax in an extremely good way and the story was very well though of.

To me, Roxas was this doubtful, inquisitive person who couldn't just sit there and idle around. Days just made him look like a passive idiot that only gets to thinking due to an outrageous and convenient twist of fate. Roxas's unusual existential situation (a person with emotion amongst a group of emotionless people) that could have made for a very interesting quest for identity and self-discovery. They could have developed him by having him actually interact with everybody and learning from misunderstandings and conflicts instead of foisting this contrived situation on him, They admittedly touch on this in in the game (In that Saix, Xigbar and Xemnas are trash and Roxas being conflicted over what his role was), but not until close to the end, and it's far from the focus.
The focus is almost completely on Xion and how suddenly important she is despite never being previously alluded to in any manner that would naturally come to a person's mind playing the other games.
